Some ideas:
--Fanfiction subforum, where each thread could be about fanfictions of a specific pairing, with discussion. This way someone could go to this forum and find fanfictions about a pairing they like all in one place.
--Art subforum. Same as above, just for art.
--Different types of ships. Maybe Marauder's era, maybe post-book, something like that. Not such a strong idea, as there seem to be a lot of inter-generation ships that people like.
I'll try to think of more, though I think that things aren't too overcrowded at this point.
