Welcome Back Today Im Teaching you How to Varial Flip
Briefer Tut.

The Varial Flip is a combination of the kickflip and B/S Pop Shove-It. It is crucial that you have these tricks on lock before attempting to learn Varial Flips.

Put your feet in the same way you would to kickflip. Don't put your back foot where you would for a pop-shove-it, the board usually spins that part by itself. Try to spin the board a kickflip pop shove-it. Jump to the side and keep the board under your feet at all times. When you see that the board has completed its rotation, stomp it and roll out.

If it doesn't spin the pop shove-it, then put your foot where you would for a pop shove-it. If the kickflip doesn't spin quick enough then you need to put it in closer to the middle of the board. Always have balance when taking off or you will never land it. The most common problem is that the board ends up landing a foot in front of you. To solve this problem you need to jump the same way the board does. You have to visualize where the board is going to land. Always have balance when taking off and always have the board under your feet. If the board is just plain spinning to slow then you need to move at a comfortable speed until the spin gets closer to completion.

Commitment is very crucial in landing this trick. You may find yourself opening your legs to avoid the board when you're about to land. This is because you are afraid of falling. The only way to conquer the fear is to practice, and tell yourself nothing bad will happen.
