 Ashar emerged from the snowbank den he had made for him self when he had first arived in the northern waistland. His dark coat stood out against the snow as he emerged in the afternoon. The sun causing the snow to glitter almost merrily. He shook his head at the rediculous comparison and streched out, his joints popping as he did so. He straighened up and then didnt know what to do. He could go hunting, but there was nothing to hunt. He could bask in the sun, but what would the point be if it wasnt going to warm him? He huffed and looked skyward, at a loss for the days activities.

Aliana was unused to cold tempretures, her homelands was only ever almost warm at the worst of times. She'd never even seen snow before, except in passing when she had seen the northern border before. Now she'd finally well-passed the border and was into completely foreign territory.
Shuddering in cold, her paws were wet from walking through the snow, making her even colder. Her pink fur stood out in the blank canvas of the lands and somehow, she hoped it would. Her father, her real father, lived in the norther territory, or so her mother had told her. Would she meet him? Was it even possible? Did she want too?
Shaking her head, Aliana refocused on her footing, seconds too late. She went tumbling down a sharp hill, almost disappearing in the snow drift below.
“Ah!” She shrieked, her fur soaking almost instantly.“COLD!” Sticking her head up from the snow, she tried to scramble out.

Ashar Looked behind him just intime to see a light pink blur roll down the hill shreiking and in the snow mound he called a den. For a moment he watched the helix struggle. Annoyed that this creature had messed up his hard work, his only place to sleep. Then he sighed and got up and went over to the struggling helix. "Hold still" He said before he clamped his jaws firmly on the younger's ruff and hauled the soaking creature out.

If anything, Aliana began to struggle more at the sound of another Helixes voice, not to mention when he clamped his teeth around the scruff of her neck.
“L-l-let go-g-go!” She yelped, shivering violently from the cold. “I-I'm f-fine!” Though she was relieved when he managed to pull her out of the snow, she laid on her stomach, her pink and white coat now wet and clumped together. She looked similar to a drowned rat, shivering in the snow. She looked up at Ashar, her pale eyes defensive despite her vulnerable position.

"Well, alright then." He let the helix go once she was out, and raised an eyebrow twards her shivering words. He looked over the female and shook his head before turning his back on her. It was amaizing how ungreatfull helixes could be, expecially the younger generation. She had ruined his home and she was yelling at him? Amaizing. Here he was being yelled at as though he was in the wrong when al hed did was help her. He snorted in disbelief, his breath puffing into a cloud before his nose. His dark blue almost black eyes looked arround his small area and decided he'd have to look some where else for a place to sleep. He looked back at the shivering helix and sighed. "Well if you really want to freeze..." And headed off in a different direction.

Aliana shivered as she watched the dark grey helix walk away, cursing herself. I'm going to die from the cold if I don't do something, she thought bitterly, her fur soaking through to her skin. She lifted herself to her feet, stumbling slightly in the snow.
“Wait!” She called after the other helix, shivering but resisting the urge to flop back to the ground. She moved slowly after him, her limbs protesting.
“D-do y-you kn-know where so-somewhere w-warm I ca-can get out of-f the s-s-snow?” It was a stupid question, they were in the north, it was just cold, she doubted there was anywhere warm in the whole territory but there was no harm in asking. She tried to stop her shivers, resulting in her looking ridiculously like she was vibrating instead.

Ashar stopped and looked back at the females words and what met his eyes was saddly pathetic. He sighed and rolled his eyes. "No, not really. But if you ask nicely and step back, I can dig a hole in the snow and you could get warm that way. If you don't like this idea, I suppose I could help you get back to whichever teritory you are from." He watched the smaller helix tremble and shake and wondered which option she would choose....

Aliana was faintly aware of how pathetic she must have looked, but damn it she was cold! When he replied to her question, she hesitated. It would be so easy for her to simply turn-tail and run back to her home territory but she had come to the north for a reason. She just wished she knew what the reason was again.
"Would digging a hole really help?" Aliana asked, still shivering. She hadn't heard of that method of getting warm, but then again, she hadn't ever really been in the snow before.

"You'd be surprised." He slowly sauntered over to her and looked at her pointedly. "Concidering your drenched you'll probably need extra body warmth, but you can decide on that later. Right now I need you to back away so I can dig in the snow." Without another glance at her he went to dig before it dawned on him that he hadn't introduced him self, and since he was digging her a place to warm up in, itd be common courtesy. "My name is Ashar."

Aliana shifted awkwardly when he sauntered over to her, before scowling at him when he mentioned the extra body heat. "I-I'll b-be fine on my o-own, I-I'm sure," she replied firmly, even as she stammered over her words. She stumbled back a few steps so he could begin digging, though she looked confused when he paused and looked up at her. "H-hello Ashar, I'm A-Aliana," she returned the common courtesy.

Ashar set to work at digging into the snow. His claws were made for this, granted he was born in the north. He hoped he could make it big enough, although if he made it if he was sleeping in it, it should be. So he dug a deep hole into the snow bank, making it wider as it went deeper untill he could curl himself up in it. He turned arround once and crawled out and back into the open. Panting he sat down and looked at Aliana. "Well, there you are. Go on, get warm before your nose freezes off."

She watched him dig with a sort of fascination, he was good at what he was doing, his claws built for this kind of work. She felt a little pang of guilt when he was panting hard when he'd finished. He had done the work for her, despite she had been snappy and unwelcoming to start with. "T-thank you," she said quietly, before stumbling over to the hole in the snow bank. Carefully shifting herself as to not knock it or ruin his work, she curled herself up, shivering still though, he was right. The hole protected her a little and although she was still in snow, she didn't feel as cold. She continued to shiver though.

Ashar poked his nose in the opening and peered at her. "See, your warmer arent you?" He gave her a half grin, seeing that she was still shivering. "Don't worry, you'll get warmer. Besides, its the best I can do at the moment, concidering we are no were near the neutral teritory. It will have to do." He pulled away from the opening and layed down on the cold snow out side, cooling off from all of the digging he'd done.

She snuggled further into herself, curling up and wrapping her tail around her though it offered little warmth. Glancing up when he poked his head in, she nodded. "Yes," her stammer was gone, her usual voice returning, "I'm amazed how well this worked!" Her shivers were starting to fade, though she still felt the chill deep in her bones, but she had a feeling that wouldn't leave until she was back home. "Thank you."
She paused, tilting her head to the side but she didn't move to follow him when he pulled back. "How did you know I came from Neutral?" she called out, making sure her voice would reach him but still staying somewhat quiet.

Ashar perked his ears up at Aliana's voice and peered back into the hole. "I didn't. Its closer than the southern teritory at the moment and figuring you came from atleast one of them, I said the one that was closer. Either way, going there would make you warmer than you'd ever be here." He tilted his head to the side while his shining dark blue eyes continued to look at Aliana.
