This area mainly caters to the middle and upper class, and the storefronts reflect that. They are well cared for, with freshly painted signs creaking in the almost non-existent breeze. Most of the doors are open, inviting guests to come in and stay a while...assuming you buy a few minor trinkets, of course.
Here are the things you may find down this street:
Korin's Smithy
Korin's Smithy is a large building with dirt floors and the thick smell of fire and molten metal. The building is open and lit by a huge forge in the back. A wispy woman is pounding on a piece of iron with a loud clanging noise. Her hair is braided down her back and she is wearing working pants and a leather apron. The gloves on her hands emit a soft red glow whenever she hits the metal.
Korin:

Rinon General Store
The General Store is very old-fashioned and smells of wood. Shelves are bursting with odds and ends necessary to survival. The clerk, Bernard, is an older man with snowy white hair and a perpetual frown. He wears glasses and an old apron scarred by many stains.
Brenard:

Korat Books
The Korat Bookstore is a dark building with an earthy smell. The shelves and walls are made of dark wood and are stuffed full of books of every topic and subject. The storekeep is a tall Korat with golden eyes and dark brown striped fur. He has a scar across one eye and is very regal and quiet in bearing.
Kris:

The Golden Scissors
The display windows of The Golden Scissors show manequins wearing fancy dresses and expensive clothes. Inside the well-lit room is an older woman leaning over a large sewing table, measuring cloth. The walls are full of dispays of clothing and different types of cloth. The woman, Tabiatha, is gossiping with an assistant, a younger bored looking girl.

The Treasure Chest
The outside of the Treasure Chest is the hull of a ship, complete with portholes and barnicles. The inside is dim and rather musty smelling. There are piles of ropes and other naval gear in no particular order. The storekeep is a young sailor, judging by the many tatoos on his bare chest and arms. His name is Laban, and he is really into parties.
Laban:

Swan Gifts
The interior of Swan Gifts is very bright and bubbly with children's toys on every surface and knicknacks crowded by overstuffed teddy bears and candy. The storekeep is a beaming blonde teenage girl named Tonya, decked out in all pink.
Tonya:

Marian's Vivarium
The interior of the Vivarium reeks of magic and life, and animals are sitting sedately in corners or on shelves, held to an area by a spell. They are mostly mundane animals, like cats, dogs, rabbits, mice, lizards, frogs, and various birds. In one corner sits a large caged-off area where some unusual creatures are stored until someone comes to buy them. The Vivarium sells to everyone from adventurers to schoolchildren, and the storekeeper is a quiet girl wearing adventuring clothes. She handles the animals with care and has a metal armband on her right arm and a tattoo on her cheeks.
Marian:

The Hand-crafted Furniture Store
The Hand-crafted Furniture Store is a large building with...yup...furniture. Inside there are couches and chairs of various sizes as well as tables and beds. At the back of the store is a charismatic man taking orders for custom furniture. Some of the furniture has carvings on them of various detail.
Adam:

Griffon Fletchers and Leatherworkers
The store, upon entering, smells like leather and oil, and is rather warm inside. There are barrels with arrows in them, and crates with various leather items. There is a desk in the center of the store where the clerks take orders for fletching arrows and leatherworking.
