I figured I will use this on how I would plan to make it
These are all expanded version of the profiles that i post in other rps, with extended bios, powers, ect.

Powers: Amphibious Physiological Adaptation: Has a specialized blood circulation that gives him immunity to the extremes of temperature.
Amphibious Breathing: Can breathe indefinitely underwater due to having gills located behind his ears. This does not impair his ability to breath on land.
Superhuman Strength: Varies with time out of contact with water. His lowest is at he can lift 34 tons and his current (and known) strongest when he is not sufficiently dehydrated he can lift up to 45 tons on dry land, and if in direct contact with water 60.
Superhuman Speed: He can run and move at speeds greater than even the finest human athlete. His speed is greatest, however, while swimming. He can swim at a speed of 70 knots(80.55 mpgh).
Enhanced Human Stamina: His body produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of normal human beings.He can physically exert himself for at least more than 10 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him. His stamina, much like his strength, steadily declines the longer he is out of contact with water and will diminish to the point where he only has the stamina of the finest human athlete.
Aquatic Healing: If injured his body can heal damaged tissue faster and much more extensively than a humans. At peak when immersed in water and diminishes the longer without contact without water or if completely dry.
Augmented Vision: Has enhanced vision that lets him to penetrate the ocean's depths and see through murky water.
Enhanced Human Stamina, Durability and Agility
Sonic Scream:

Abilities:
Skilled Thief: Knows how to pick locks and pockets, is a escape artist; can be very stealthy and skilled at sneaking up on others.
Skilled Fighter: He has some begging in Muay Thai and is a skilled street fighter.
Weaknesses:
Water Deficiency: When not exposed to water, most of his physical attributes make a sudden drop with in 2 or 3 minutes, and then it continues to decline for the next 30 minutes. His strength, stamina, and durability are affected most. Renewed exposure to water will immediately restore his abilities.
Dehydration: Very powerful heat-based attacks are a somewhat concern, as they can cause dehydration and cause his body to dry faster and weaken at at a accelerated rate.
Pollution: Polluted water can have a negative effect both on his physiology and the efficiency of his physical attributes.
Emotional Influence: His strength are tied into his emotions. This is especially true for anger, with his strength he could easily use far more power then he meant ;if dehydration hasn't weakened him.
Physical Condition: His malnourishment has reduced his physical powers to a unknown degree.
Domatophobia: Fear of being in Houses
Bio: Hasn't spoken about his past, other then that he as been living on the streets for at least several years. He takes care of a group of kids, giving them some food and stopping anyone from messing with them. Other then that he is often by himself.

His superhuman powers focus around the Generation and Manipulation of immense amounts of electricity, it is hundreds of millions of volts and is constantly growing, along with electrical fields and even electrons. His physiology has been radically altered by a secondary mutation, including special cells similar to the electrolytes but stronger to aid in his generation of electricity. He has not reached his full potential yet.
Generation of electricity: Though the electrolytes in his body generate electricity his body uses several other methods to generate his electricity, though it is unlikely that that he gets most of his electricity this way.
Electricity Absorbtion: He can asorb massive amounts of electricity at a time, he can pull it from sorces from a distance of several miles, he most likely gets most of his electricity this way.
Energy Projection: He can realse his electricity from his whole body at once or through certin body parts, though it is ussaly from his hands as a large lightning bolt or several arcs through each of his fingers though unless he concentrats his hands each realse a different polarity of electricity, his right hand has a positive charge and left has a negitive. He can also shoot blasts from his eyes. Due to storing such large ammounts of electricity he can’t always control the exact voltage of the blasts, this is esspacily true for his right hand similar to how positive lightning bolts are often more powerful, his right hand can sometimes realse as much as several hundred volts more.
Electrical Field Generation/Minipulation: He can generate or strength and otherwise minipulate existing natural or artificial electrical fields to create force fields or to propel himself through the air, currently he can only go 15 miles per hour due to his infrequent us of this ability to fly.
Enhanced Strength and Durability: through the incorporation of a metallic alloy made by his body by combining the metals he digests and dispersing it throughout all his cells. By using his electricity and electrical fields he can increase his strength and durability to superhuman levels.
Superhuman Reflexes and Superhuman IQ: his nervous system has been enhanced since his secondary mutation, and he can further increase his reflexes and access a larger precentage of his mental capabilitys along with speeding up the speed of his nuruel firing. He can easily see and react to mutants with superhuman speed.
Healing factor: He has a healing factor though whether it the rate of a superhuman healing or a Enhaced human healing and he accelerates it is unclear. Though he has survived normaly fatal attacks to the brain before and lived, though this degree of a healing factor may be limited to it.
Electromagnetic Sight: He can percive things by the patterns of magnetic and electrical energy, he has trained this to the point of identifying the minute firings of the synaps in living orgamims nervous system, and can identify people by their EM auras.
Pseudo-Empathy/Telepathy: By using his electromagnetic sight to identify peoples emotions, he is also starting to be able to identify thoughts and with electrical manipulation can even affect their emotions, and with practice probly thoughts soon.
Superhuman Speed
Natural Electromagnetic field:
Empathic Bond with Haruto and Naoki: through Naoki and his powers ,though, the bond is more potent with Naoki as they can feel more specific emotions though with Hade it is more if he is in trouble or not. A skilled psychic can use this bond to his brothers to access his mind, but Naoki must lower his own protective field, but the bond can also be used to bypass Naoki’s immunity.
Weaknesses: Emotional Connection: Any extreme emotion can cause his powers to activate, but anger is more prone to cause them to go off and is often a far stronger loss of control.
Physical Condition: His ability to use his powers are affected by his physical condition. He still requires water, oxygen, and food. He has a large requirement for food to keep up his supply of electricity, and needs to ingest a great deal of metals to keep up his strength and durability.
Over Reliance on Powers
Mental fatigue: He has mentioned he is susceptible to mental fatigue though not when it sets in, but has also said by minipulation of his own brain he can extend the time limit for the use of his powers but the recovery time is greatly increased. He has been seen to use his powers for two hours without any signs of mental fatigue.
Language slips: When he gets emotional of becomes
Emotional Spikes: While his powers has increased many of his natural ablities, including control of his emotions, after a certin point they can be enhanced greatly, often why when he gets angry it is very sudden and can be at times violent.
Resistances: Electricity (Revives energy supply and heals), Immune to psionic attacks; including psychic illusions, telepathy, mind control, ect., Due to his magnetic field; Heavy Metal poising, Neurotoxins, and diseases that affect the nervous system, Immutability (see defition in Naoki's resistances).
Strength: He can lift 3 tons fairly easily without any electrical enhancing. he can also ehnace it with his electricity and electrical fields to a unknown degree, he has been shown to lift a truck.
Skills: Extrodinary Genius: He was smart, right on the cusp of genuis, before his secondary mutation, the secondary mutation has greatly increased it. He was able to gain a Psy.D in only a year and a half, while still going on missions for the x-men. He has a fairly broad nowledge of psycology and some knowledge of neurobiology. He is traing with the Beast and Frost to increase his knowledge. He also is able to pick up languages quickly, and can often become fluent within a year, if he dovtes sometime to learn the language. Though his exact potential is unkown, there is a high probility he is actualy a superhuman genius.

Polyglot: He knows English, Japanesse, and Spanish; These are the three that his family speaks and he grew up with; he is fluent Mandarin and German, along with at least three more unidentified languages, and probably knows and/or learning more now.
Skilled Businessman: Growing up with his father and older brother he has learned a good deal about business, even though he decided not to go into that field.

Unnusual features: His eyes glow and when storing his irises are teal, when compeltly drained they are green, and the colors inbetween can tell you the percentage of his stored energy,
Personality: He is ussaly calm and in control of his emotions but his powers enhance his emotions so dispite his control he can quite suddenly lose control of them, and once there it can take time for him to calm back down. He almost always refers to himself as multicultural and never hides the fact he is gay, it is acutaly one of the things he can get ridiculsy angry very quickly, sometimes far more then is logical.

Mutant Powers: He can generate and manipulate gravitons and anti-gravitons, allowing for flight, force blasts, force fields.
Flight: Flight comes very natural for him it was how his powers first showed them selves and continues to be his favorite application of them. He can reach the speed of sound when flying, a speed of .22 miles per second.
Force Blasts: He can shoot a blast of conectrated gravotons for force blast
Force Fields: He can make fields of force out of the gravitons.
Body Adaptations: His get filled lungs with gravitons when flying so that the oxygen is compressed and more is attracted so that he can breath easily even at high speeds and in high altitudes. He also when does physical activities he increases the gravity that affects him to increase his physical abilities.
Gravitational field: He emit’s a field of anti-gravtions or gravitions, depending on his mood. It also reflexively protects him from electrical attacks and reduces the damage recived from physical attacks
He has an Empathic Bond with Akio and Naoki, through Naoki and Akio's powers; though, unlike his brothers he can only sense if they are in trouble.
Resistances: Slightly higher then average reistance to melee attacks, Electricity (immune), Immutability (see defition in Naoki's resistances)
Strength level: With out using his powers to enhance his strength Haruto’s has the strength of a human of his height and build who engages in extensive physical exercise. He can use his gravitational powers to increase his physical strength, currently to 10 tons with some efforts.

Powers: Reality Manipulation: He does this by creating fields, waves, and pulses that disrupt reality. For a verity of effects such as healing and undoing reality alterations done by others.
Healing: By surrounding a person in one of his fields he can heal a person completely even if they just died.
Fix Object: By surrounding an object he can undo any damage it has received from age, the elements, or someone destroying it even if it is in pieces.
Assembly: As long as all the pieces are there he can put an object together, even if he doesn’t know the instructions, he can do it even if he has no clue what the thing does.
Force Fields: He can create a powerful force field, the exact strength is UN known. He has the strongest force fields of his brothers. It should be mentioned that during training exercises his force fields have never been broken.
Invisibility: He can create a field with his powers around himself and others that will cause light to bend around objects
Reality Wave: He can release a wave of his power that allows him to go through solid objects, or create a shockwave in the ground to through of his opponents, but leaves the environment complexly unharmed.
Portals: He can create portals to teleport people anywhere on the planet and to any dimensions he is familiar with.
Negating Reality Alterations: He can undo the reality alterations of others. He has recently found out that he can repower the mutants that were depowered after M-day.
Power Bestowal: He has only used this power once, on his pet squirrel Achilles.
Natural Field: He has a field around him made up by the energy he uses and causes him to be physically somewhat out of synch with reality. So in not only protects him from Reality Manipulations of others; along with mental attacks, the effects of chrono manipulation. His field also protects him electrical attacks, along with sudden increases to gravity.
Resistances: Immutability. Immune to electrical attacks (his natural field automatically blocks this), Immune to all mental attacks (psychic illusions, telepathy, mind control, ect.)
Weaknesses: He not creates things only alter what is already around.

Unusual Features: Blue and Purple Hair and eyes (each eye has the same amount of blue and purple)
Short Bio: He took longer then his brothers to get his powers; he was 13 when they appeared. It during a trip to his grandparents in Japan and he found an injured squirrel, who he later named Achilles, which he decided to try to nurse back to health. Though the squirrel was to hurt and when it was about to die he a used his powers for the first time, healing the squirrel. A few days later he Achilles demonstrated powers, Akio figured that when Naoki healed the squirrel he also gave him super powers. When they headed home Achilles snuck onto the plane and came with them.

Short Bio: His powers are not natural, at least most likely not, he got them from Naoki who had found him injured one day while in Japan vesting his grandparents when he was 13. He tried to care for him and keep him alive. He was successful for a few weeks and ended up naming him Achilles, though he took a turn for the worst and nearly died. In desperation Naoki used his powers for the first time healing him enough that he would survive. It wasn't long after Achilles had recovered, strangely quick, that he realized that he had developed powers. Akio was going to make Achilles stay, saying he couldn't be a pet. Though he had become attached to Naoki and snuck into his bags, he was able to hide not only from the brothers but all the security. He has been Naoki's pet ever since.

The electrical field his body creates allows him to sense people near by and machines though it can be overwhelmed by to many machines. short Bio: He was a infamous villain then suddenly he disappeared for seemingly no reason. He is Ame's twin brother though he dyed his hair purple. They got in a huge fight and hadn't spoken for several years and when they saw each other again they got into a huge fight.

Powers/Technology: Absorb and Convert Energy. He can make different types of energy to make different effects. He is not very skilled with this power so what things he can do and his limits are unknown.; Acid/Poison Generation and Immunity. He has extra stamina because the lactic acid that is made with exercise doesn’t affect him. He doesn’t have much control of the acid and poison powers and he can only create acid and poison as strong as he has physically encountered before, His skin is coated with the same thing that is on poison ivy and will cause rashes. His breath is laced with a poison that after 10 minutes causes physical pain but is not lethal. His sweat and saliva are laced with a poison that will immediately paralyze some one for at least 10 minutes, the more you are exposed to the longer the paralysis lasts. If he comes in contact with stronger types of poison and acid his body will replace it’s automatic creation of them to the more powerful ones. A small amount of his blood can be used neutralize a large container of acid no matter what the strength of it is

Appearance: Yoru
Short Bio: He lived in California for only for awhile but left when he was too young to really remember. The only memory he has of California are of these two slightly older twin boys, he has not told or asked his mother about the memory. His mother moved after getting a new job in Hawaii and because of how hard it was for her to keep living there. They return to California at least once a year, she says it is to visit family but that doesn't seem like the real reason to him.
