Janus stuck his face into yet another trash can strewn about the back alleys of the city, apparently oblivious to the stench. He was yet again searching for some morsel of food to satisfy his hunger. While he knew he only had the single stomach, both heads seemed to be protesting at the same time. The stronger willed, but not quite as bright, head, argued towards poking around until he could find something- anything- to eat in one of these trash cans. The other, while brighter, had little control of the shared body and could do little more than curse his counterpart's stupidity while trying to convince him to at least try the dumpsters behind restaurants. He continued his rummaging, smiling every time he managed to find some tasty treat, such as a leaf of lettuce or a juicy (half-eaten) berry someone had thrown out. His rear head was grumbling, but stopped quickly to sniff the air. It seemed far enough away from the stench of the trash cans to notice another Pokemon near him. The silent signal went straight to his other brain, Hey, stooge! We're being watched! The front head was not surprised in the least and kept munching on his most recent find, letting the rear head give him some real warning before he decided if this other Pokemon was a threat. Maybe they just wanted some lettuce too?

Menudo stood at top of a building, quiet bored really as he was playing tic-tac-toc with a random pidgey, but the small bird was quickly frighten away by a strange metallic sound. The experiment pokemon just arched one brow and walked to the edge, looking more curious then confuse. He knew the sound, he knew it because this was the third day that he had to be up in some building, waiting for Adriel to finish conducting his business and buying supplies. Pokemon knocking over trashcans was a common accurate, the mewtwo had decided as he spotted what this time it was. He was slightly surprise, having expecting a meowth or poochyenna that lacked a pack or pride.
Nope, this pokemon lacked a herd. Well...did Girafarigs even went in herds? Dismissing the question, he put up a cloaking shield, so if any human or pokemon decided to peeked in his direction, they just a Persian with blue-purple markings that reflected his own. He floated down to the next lower building, which was a restaurant and took a closer pick. He blinked as he brushed against the two minds. That couldn't be right. Taking a second prod at them and he didn't quiet know what to do with himself. He didn't know much about this particular pokemon, however, he did know that what he was looking at was not a normal one.
Temptingly, he decided on a friendly greeting. "Hello?" Of course, with his illusion, it looked like a Persian was saying this. His illusion wasn't perfect, he was still new at it, for one thing, the persian's tail didn't curl, and its ears were a tad elongated and it was missing it head jewel.

Janus wasn't so surprised by the Persian's approach, having seen it with his extra set of eyes before it had officially made its presence known. He turned, still chewing on his bit of lettuce, and gave his new friend the biggest smile he could manage. Much of the effect was lost with the leaf sticking between his teeth, but he managed a 'Hello,' in response, still smiling. He tried in vain to wag his tail, which objected with as much strength as it could muster and only managed to make it vibrate a bit before stopping quickly. His mind didn't register the subtle differences between this Persian and any other, not only because he had never seen a Persian before, but also because he was using the majority of his brain power to concentrate on chewing. "Hello,' he added, just in case he hadn't been heard the first time. You never could tell.

The persian jumped down onto a large close square garbage can. He leaped down, keeping away from the alley opening as he continuo to observe this pokemon before grinning. Giving a nod that he heard, he looked around until he could situated exactly where he was before turning to glance back at Janus. "...There is a better scavenging spot for herbivores a couple of alleys over, you know...." He had no reason to not help another pokemon.

See, I told you so, you halfwit! his rear head was telling him. Apparently, he liked this newcomer already. "Mkay," Janus replied, swallowing his latest find before stopping to stare intently at the Persian. His smile never faltered as he tilted his head, presumably concentrating on music in his head that only he could hear.

Menudo picked up on the rear head's thought and inwardly chuckle. Indeed, this was a strange pokemon he had come up to. When Janus' main head focus on him so intently, for a moment, he had thought his illusion had fell, but that thought was quickly dismiss as he still felt it on himself. " Maybe I should show you....." The persian finally said as he started to walk deeper into the alley, then look back expecting the other to follow.

As Janus followed the Persian Menudo down the alley, his rump shook with each step. It seemed he had begun to dance to his private tune, and he couldn't help but brighten his smile as he trotted behind Menudo. "Mmm food. I like food. Food is yummy. Makes my tummy mmm." he chanted as he walked.

Confirming that he was indeed being follow, the persian walked on up to large trashcan, pushing it aside to access the five-feet gap between the back of the buildings. Running down almost all the way down until the last alley it bleed out into. The experiemnt pokemon's illusion reflected his digust at the thick scent of already rotting piles of vegetables. He never cared much for the green stufff unless it was a berry or a fruit.............or swimming in piles of meat. Sitting down, he looked back at Janus, expecting the pokemon to go ahead and pig out.

Janus jumped at the pile of leaves and assorted vegetables, grabbing onto a piece of lettuce near the top. Unfortunately, it seemed a bit too brown for his tastes, so he spat it back out and began searching for another piece. You fool! his rear brain was yelling at him, We could do so much better! Why don't you ever listen to me!? "Thank you, thank you, thank you," Janus sang as he scavenged, apparently at nobody. He didn't have the attention span to look towards Menudo when speaking to him.
