~::Caesar's Gym::~
Personal Training Facility of the Caesar's Boxing Team and Akihiko Sanada Located in the Southern section of the Inaba Downtown Shopping District, several of the old buildings which housed closed down stores were recently bought and razed, paving the way for a new development project in the area. Recently, news has spread that the buyer of the lease on these properties was none other than Akihiko Sanada, the new Detective on the Inaba Police Force and famous Featherweight Class Boxer.
With the construction finally completed and inspections finished, the site across from Tatsumi Textiles and the Fox's Shrine will now be occupied by the personal training facilities of Akihiko Sanada and his "Caesar Boxing Team". The Caesar's Gym, which is a spacious but textbook training facility with a boxing ring, heavy bags, speed bags, treadmills, stationary bikes, and other mats and machines for training martial arts styles or simply keeping in shape, is open to members of the public sector of Inaba starting on Sunday, April 22nd.
Also, applications to become a member or training affiliate of the Caesar's Gym Boxing Team will or to train with them will also be considered, but applications must be delivered in person to Akihiko Sanada when he is in the gymnasium.

Akihiko Sanada Rookie Detective and Japanese Boxing Featherweight Ranker It was late morning when the doors to the Caesar's Gym opened for the first time to the public, and as some of the curious townsfolk began to trickle into the facility they were treated to a sight that few were ever permitted to watch. Clad in his gold and silver fight trunks and shoes only, the man known as the 'Emperor' who was taking the Japanese Boxing World by storm, stood in a sugar-foot stance in front of a massive heavy bag, pounding away at the thing in a public training session. Often before big fights the media would be permitted to observe a training routine from the challenger and the champion to provide material for their articles and gain an insight into how the fight might play out...how the boxers match up. And on rare occasions the public would be permitted to watch the training session as well. In the case of Akihiko Sanada, however, he had always been notoriously closed-doors to any proposals to watch his routine and preparation...something that many people presumed was a result of some top secret training methods or something similar. Of course, they didn't know that he often did it because he was training for something other than boxing...but that wasn't something that the public or the media needed to know either. But today, for the grand opening of his new gym and for the Caesar's Boxing Team joining him, it seemed he was holding an open session for the public and media alike to observe. And in spite of the fact that he was being watched, the vicious striker wasn't holding anything back on their account.
Thunderous combination after combination slammed mercilessly into the sandy sides of the heavy bag, sending it rocking back and forth into and away from his fists in a wild, violent manner...each tremendous shock echoing throughout the gym with a cavernous ring. Shifting his weight from one foot to the other, he slowly circled the bag as he delivered jab upon jab, followed by a heavy blow and a few textbook one-two punch combos that had several of the more textbook boxing media analysts whistling in appreciation. Sweat trickled down from his hairline and dotted his brow, making it obvious that he had been working out for a while by the time that his head trainer opened the doors to the facility to let the public and media in for the Grand Opening. His silver hair was soaked and hung loosely down in front of his forehead, matted and tinted gray by perspiration. And in spite of the sweat that trickled down his corded, chiseled muscles as he hammered away at his routine session with the sandbag, his confident look only faded in the trademark sneer that every great boxer possessed when they landed a devastating blow to their opponent to knock them senseless. Heavy hooks, straight rights and lefts, and wicked body blows continued to strike home on the bag, his red gloves meshing with the thing so that in the split second that they connected, they dug so deep it was hard to tell where the bag ended and his gloves began.
And then, just as he seemed to be winding down a bit, he shifted his stance into the southpaw style and landed a quartet of punches that shuddered the sandbag...a one-two combination followed by a right hook to the body, and then the head. Both knockout blows. Both absolutely ruthless. It took more than a few seconds for the bag behind him to stop shaking when he finally took a breath and turned around to greet the gathered crowd around him, an amiable but business-like look on his pristine brow. "I want to thank all of you for coming," he began, taking a deep breath and nodding in thanks to his trainer, who handed him a tall bottle of water to keep himself hydrated following the workout, "welcome the Caesar's Gym. My new home away from home, for as long as I'll be working and training here in Inaba. Feel free to have a look around and test out some of the equipment...everything in here I bought with the prize money from the Kyousuke Imai fight for #1 Contender rights, so don't be shy about it. With this gym, I can start giving kids and parents alike something more productive to do with their free time in Inaba, and hopefully, help to keep them all safe and off the streets in times like these. ...Ah, anyway, thanks again for coming. Enjoy yourselves."

Mirei SanadaArcher and Future Doctor-to-be After asking a few people, Mirei finally found the gym and walked in as a man wearing some pants that looked like boxing pants was speaking to the crowd of people there. She looked around for anyone she knew not that it was that many as she hadn't been there long enough to know people in the town. She closed her parasol and held it close in case someone got to close for comfort. DressBagParasol

Ren walked into the gym just in time to see Akihiko's performance. She watched in inspiration and she smiled a little. Ren then clapped at the end of his performance. After it was over Ren looked around at the gym. She started to think that she should come here to help her stay in shape. Ren was training to be in the police force after all. As she was looking around, she was coming up with an exercise routine in her head.

Akihiko Sanada Rookie Detective and Japanese Boxing Featherweight Ranker Several minutes after the open session was finished and Akihiko had begun to cool down from his workout, the reporters and media types began to file out of the gym, leaving only the citizens of Inaba and his trainers behind inside the spacious facility. Draping a towel over his bare shoulders, he glanced around at some of the people who were just starting to arrive and take a look around the gym and at some of the equipment and such. Near the door he saw a girl in a white dress with a parasol and an interesting bag, looking just a little out of place inside the gym...not that he really minded, though. He was glad that she was willing to take a look around the place and see what it was about before judging it. It showed open-mindedness, at the least, and a desire to become more physically fit and capable at best. And the trainers who worked at the gym both in helping Akihiko prepare for his fights and in developing routines for the new patrons that would eventually join were some of the best around...they knew to appreciate all sorts of people. The silver-haired man wouldn't have hired them if they weren't able to say at least that much about themselves. Integrity was an invaluable commodity these days, and as a member of the police force in addition to a well-known boxer, he would have been no less than a hypocrite if he didn't surround himself with the types of people that reflected his own morals and values.
His eyes began scanning the gym a little more until they fell on a somewhat familiar person near one of the speed bags, her own gaze looking around the room as if analyzing it for her own purposes. Perhaps out of courtesy, or some curiosity, Akihiko started across the gym towards her, only noticing about halfway that it was the woman he had met back on the island, Yakushima, only a few days ago. Smiling slightly, he rubbed the end of his towel over his forehead and moved close enough for her to hear him. "Small world. I'm glad you decided to stop by," he spoke to Ren Haruko casually, offering a casual nod to her as he waited for her to notice him, "Ren, right? It's nice seeing you again. Sorry I didn't get the chance to talk to you more back in Yakushima."

Kaname was pissed. Very pissed. And what better place than to go to when your pissed? The gym! Finally they put something worthwhile in this town!
Opening the doors to the Caesar's Gym, Kaname gasped. It. was. perfect. Completely ignoring that Akiiko Sanda guy, or whatever his name was, Kaname went straight to the punching bags, ignoring some of the strange looks she got for heading over to the heavy bags of sand, since apparently it was deemed "unladylike" or some similar nonsense.
Her eyes narrowed in fury as she started to hit the bag ferociously. It had been far too long since she had hit something, and the stress was starting to build up.
How dare they discuss that, that thing, in her presence, how dare they refer to her as mother. She had abandoned them, can't those idiots see that?!?
Kaname let out a blood thirsty growl as she kicked the bag as hard as she possibly could, almost knocking it off the hinges. Oh yeah, she was angry. Infuriated even.
In blind fury, Kaname continued to punch and kick the bag, letting out the occasional angry "grunt." Why can't people just mind their own damn business, huh?!? Stupid boy in the Flood Plains! Stupid brothers! Stupid humans! Idiots, all of them! Conniving, hateful, idiots! I hope they all die, I just want everything to stop! It's not fair!
In her mind she was yelling, in reality, she was angrily mumbling, in a similar manner to a mad man.
Adrenaline was pumping through her veins as she continued to show the punching bag 'The Wrath of Kaname.' That poor, poor punching bag. She wasn't tired, she wasn't even close to tired, or at least, she didn't feel that way. However, a kick to the side, a powerful left hook, and a direct punch in the middle later, Kaname found herself suddenly exhausted and decided to give her body a break, as she slowly walked away from the punching bag, glaring weakly at it.
Chugging the water she had brought with her, she sat down on a nearby bench, and sighed. That totally cheered her up! Kind of... Sort of... Not really. All it had managed to do was neutralize her mood, solely because she just couldn't will herself to be angry. She was just too tired.
Kaname wiped the sweat off of her face and grinned ever so slightly. She really was drenched in sweat, and for some reason, just about to burst out with laughter.
Managing to keep the laughter down to quiet giggles, Kaname pulled her DS out of seemingly no where and began to play. After about 10 minutes of resting she'd run on the treadmill, but right now, Metroid Prime was calling, and Kaname just couldn't say no. It just wasn't in her nature.

Kazuma wondered into the gym that was made by that man that Kazuma believed caught Minori's interested in. Kazuma didn't appear in a bad mood. Those words from Raiden and HEtero were still sinking into his brain, and seeing this man thaat Minori could be attracted to didn't make his mood any better. HE did however admit to himself that Akihiko was a good fighter. Maybe he could gain Kazuma's approval, but he had to make sure he was strong enough to protect his sister, if he was interested in her as well. He also wanted to see how strong he really was, to fight Hetero and Raiden. Walking towards Akihiko he faced the silvered haired man. "Akihiko request." he said to him trying to keep this quick. "I want to spar with you, no I want to fight you full force. To see if I am really strrong enough. I been fighting for a while, my opponents were weak and now I find someone thats is a obstacle for me to beat. I need to know through you if I can actually take him. So please accept this request to fight." he said bowing to the man

Toru walked in the Gym not really sure why he had come here. Some almost strange force had brought him here. "Umm is Akihiko in?" Toru looked around looking for one of his older friends. The gym had its fair share of training opportunities, but even here it seemed sword combat training would be hard to find

Akihiko Sanada Rookie Detective and Japanese Boxing Featherweight Ranker There were perks and problems with being a famous fighter in the boxing community, and that was something that Akihiko had and was continuing to learn as he rose through the ranks of the Japanese Featherweight Boxing world. Though the fame was troublesome in its own right, the fact that he was a fighter and didn't always walk around with his chest puffed out and a sneer on his face made people...particularly drunks, muscle-heads, and headstrong youths with a chip on their shoulders...tend to target him as a way to prove their own manliness and strength. Everyone thought that if they could take down a nationally-renowned boxer that it would prove how strong they were and make them look cool to their friends, their significant others, or whoever just happened to be passing at the time. And even if they lost, it would give them a story to tell. To be honest, the constant tough-guy challenges were tiring, and throughout the last couple of years he learned to shrug them off for the most part without paying them any mind. He supposed that he should have known that by opening a gym, he was practically putting up a banner and screaming for all the would-be tough guys from all over Japan...and especially in the area, to come find him and prove their strength against Japan's #1 Ranked Featherweight. Not that he really thought of himself in such a lofty manner, but the pedestal people put him on was somewhat ridiculous. And annoying. Still, he hadn't been expecting someone like that to come out of the woodwork during the Grand Opening of the gym. Though he supposed he should have. Enter Kazuma...and his plea for a match.
"I have plenty of other boxers training with me here that can test your strength if you just want to know how far you've come. I'm sorry, but I don't have the time to spend right now. There are a lot of other people who need me," the silver-haired ranker told the young man calmly, feeling for him a little bit and knowing how hard it must have been for him to come hat-in-hand like that. Still, the slight familiarity that he saw in the young man he couldn't quite place just yet, and despite coming to him in such a resolute manner, he had no reason to step into the ring and have a serious fight with someone...a kid, comparatively...when he was currently training for a challenge for the Japanese Championship. Besides he was thirsty and there were a lot of new members there to be greeted. He hadn't even got to talk to Ren, either, without getting interrupted again. "I have sparring a little later, though, and we're short on partners. If you want to apply to be a partner, you can talk to my head manager, Coach Kamogawa. Do a little work with him and he'll let you know if you match up to what we need," Akihiko offered, not wanting to seem rude in spite of the fact that he really had to turn down the kid's request for a match. To even have a legal fight with the kid he would have to sign a waiver, anyway...lest the silver-haired fighter be charged with something if he got hurt.
Meanwhile, a familiar face suddenly appeared over by the door, catching the eye of the boxer and making him look twice. Was that...Satoru Otonashi? He remembered having met him and come across him at school a few times during his days at Gekkoukan, but surely he wasn't out here in Inaba going to school now, was he?

Toru walked up to Akihiko, fencing bag on his shoulder, "Hey there Akihiko-senpai, Long time no see, I guess you're the first one I can ask." Toru dropped his bag to the floor the fact that he managed to fit three swords in there was beyond him seeing it was designed for one. "You wouldn't happen to know where my old fencing partner would be and if she is busy would you?" Toru shrugged and gave a small smile

Haseo and Miyuki had gotten into the gym to be able to hear Akihiko's speech, and proceeded to check for something to do. Haseo crossed his arms and sighed, then looked up the Miyuki with a rather displeased expression etched on his face. "Remind me again why it is I let you drag me here?" he asked, slight annoyance in his tone. Miyuki walked towards one of the stationary bikes, wondering if she felt the need to exercise her legs. Turning around to face Haseo, she smirked and wagged her finger around. "Now now, it's not good for you to just stay cooped up in home all the time." she said, a brief sparkle in her eye as she spoke. "So just practice your fighting or something, it's not bad to be exposed to outside air y'know?" she threw a rhetoric question at him, before walking by a bench and taking a seat, planning on going to the bikes in a few minutes.

Akihiko Sanada Rookie Detective and Japanese Boxing Featherweight Ranker Though he hadn't believed it at-first, upon second glance the silver-haired man realized that it had actually been Toru looking over at him from the doorway to the gym, and with a casual smile he greeted the young man that had once been the underclassmen of his fellow SEES members [with the exception of Ken and Koromaru, obviously] in Gekkoukan High. Listening to Toru's greeting, he nodded and looked a little thoughtful, sure that he could only be referring to one person if he was talking about fencing partners. "I see, you're looking for Mitsuru, then? You must have been in the group that went to Yakushima and noticed that she was coming, right?" the Detective surmised, narrowing down all the clues that could have told him that the Kirijo CEO [who had kept her whereabouts mostly secret from the public] was going to be spending some time in the little town of Inaba. "Well then, chances are you can find her working at the dormitory compound that the Kirijo just finished over near the Amagi Inn. It's just like the old Iwatodai Dorm, so you might recognize it. Just be sure to let the guards announce your presence before you try to go inside...they're keeping a tight seal on security over there because of the murders."

Ren was in her own little world when she heard a familiar voice. She turned her head to see that it was Akihiko and she smiled a little to his nod. "Apparently it is," she said as she smiled a little more. Ren rubbed the back of her head a little as he apologized. "Yeah, it's Ren and there is no need to apologize. I actually had some stuff to take care of myself," she said. Ren was relieved though that Shikari and Yuuki had worked everything out now. She hoped that there would be no more incidents like that again.
Ren then noticed two more people approach him and she just listened to their conversations. Looks like the one knew Akihiko personally, like from high school or something. It didn't matter to her since she was not apart of it. Ren just stood there quietly.
