I decorated my room in a whole bunch of random stuff. Whenever I find something I liked, I would hang it, tape it, nail it, push pin it, etc. to my wall. It's not just clutter, it's everything that I like: It's me.
It's actually really interesting to stare at my walls because I can see all the things that I do like, or have once liked. Believe it or not, sometimes I am surprised at what I find because I haven't seen it in a while if that makes sense.

Makes sense to me too. My room either A) reflects who I am, or B) is designed to keep me calm. It is the color of the sky on a sunny day, with white mixtures in it to look like clouds. I am always feeling trapped in this small town and I yearn to get away. The sky is symbolic of that for me and I often find myself looking at it, or at my walls. Otherwise, blue is a very calming color. It's been proven to make people happier. biggrin
