okay if this belongs in chatterbox tell me.
PLOT: Dark times have washed over Farven, a small village in the country of Tassvahn. The country is ruled by a young king, King Hyaden, but unknowingly he is being manipulated by his council of advisors, Butisflika, Gracchus, Varus, Clodia, and Acarnania, into unfair taxes, harsh laws, even harsher punishments, and worst of all, the banishment of magical creatures. Dragons are hunted and slain for bounties, Unicorns sought for their horns and turn to normal horses, pixies and faeries captured for magic dust, and all others killed for their magical properties or sent away for their difference. Now, Farven is a town where magical creatures are rare, so they aren't sent the notice on the banishment, so when a group of vampires and werewolves come into town they are welcomed warmly. A few friends from Farven go to see the group, whereupon a prophecy is made, and an adventure begins.
I'll be adding more people as they appear, and people who are main characters may be a short term character as well, or if they so choose to adopt an animal then they become them too.

sea_star246 Ooh~ are there mages?? If so, i'd like to be one 3nodding later on the group of friends can choose their path, mine can't choose since she is already a prophet who can tell minor stuff in the future at will, the bigger stuff comes to her when it wants to.

sure, but ya'll need to say wich spot you want to take, we need main characters right now, you can do what you want with the specifics on them, but generally there's 5 kids(I've taken 1), ages ranging from 7-15, we need 2 to be warriors, the others can be what they want, and the weaponsmith also comes along to guard the kids, he/she's 35.

Then I guess I'll be a warrior. 15 seems about right for what I have in mind, but could it possibly go higher?

Yay, a role-play, something worth while. Aanyway.
I can be 'the others' because I want to be a class of my own. Also, if it isn't already, could I request that this role-play be literate. Like say, a paragraph per post, at least?! I don't want illiterate, one sentenced Role Plays. However if it is like this, I s'pose I won't join... yes I'm a picky li'l p***k, but hey.
I'm a Thief aged 15 (Because I can't choose 16) - The name is .... Rain Satanic - NO ONE ELSE BE A THIEF!!!!
If you want a long, long description with history and personality and everything, I don't mind doing that. You just might fall asleep while you're still a third way through it. 8D
EDIT: Myao, do you, by any chance play a game called Rhapsody: A musical Adventure on the Playstation or a different platform? Very random, I know but I'm curious.

Yes, I also hate little one-sentence RPs. I usually ask people not to use asterisks, and to speak in third person. I am not a thief, but I'm quick... a fencer, perhaps? (sorry, li'l rl influence). I'll travel with a rapier.

yes I love that game, thereupon you have learned the origin of my name ^_^ and I prefer paragraph roleplay as well, I'm a p***k about that too =P and if you go to Xanilith's Wok and Tok in the chatterbox you'll see an example of my roleplaying ^^
