This is one of the few scenes where Mamoru & Hikari Chiba live. The twins are both University students so you're bound to find a lot of books. I believe Usagi obtained a spare key. So when Mamoru and Usagi want alone time Hikari escpaes to the arcade.
There are two bedrooms, Mamoru's and Hikari's, a kicthen area along with the living room filled with books, a tv and sofa's.

afte following mamoru and hikari, rei was able to hide and keep out of the 'queen's' vision until the time can be made to retrieve the lost crystal.
*i wonder what the others are doing. should i let mamoru-san tell the others what that cursed woman did to me? or do i tell hikari to let it slip that she saw me in a taxi heading to airport?* rei thought.

Makoto knocked and opened the door, seeing it was unlocked. "Hey, Hikari, Mamoru, y- REI-CHAN?" She asked, surprised. She came in and shut the door behind her. "Rei-chan, where have you been? We've been so worried!"

rei heard someone come in and slam to the door, then her name. when she saw who it was she was shocked. "mako-chan what are you doing here? mamoru-san and hikari-chan told me to say here for personal reasons. rei replied and ran to hug her friend.

Makoto hugged her friend back. "It is sooo good to see you!" She giggled. "I came to check on Hikari and Mamoru to ask about the dark queen. But imagine my surprise once I found you here!"

"Taking on a new stand, Sailor Earth acts alone and is here to punish you!" Sailor Earth 
Sitting gracefully on the chairs that were set at the table, Hikari gazed over at the friends embracing. She was glad they didn't know much on Earth, or else herself would become a suspect. "Come and sit, we have much to talk about" she began offering them hot cocoa she had made moments ago. "You know i know of these events you girls get yourselves into. Along with Mamo, I also obtained some form of mental powers. This Queen seems to have taken something from Rei-chan... I can't get a grasp of what it is, but without it we can't help her." as Hikari explained this she eyed between the girls and Mamoru then back at her own cocoa. She was so calmly explaining this, having confidence in her words.
She stood up abruptly making her way to the window looking at the rain. "Whatever it is, you may all end up losing your own... I only wish I could help you in your senshi duties." she sighed, as they had no idea that Hikari was Sailor Earth, so saying something like this was convincing that she wasn't Earth.

Hotaru came up to Mamoru and Hikari's apartment door. She knocked and waited for a answer.

" i think its time i told the rest of you, what happened when i was kidnapped by the love angels. i was thrown in a dark dunegon when a woman appeared in front of me and told me that i would be the first example of her power and she took my crystal that made me a the senshi of mars, and filled me with darkness. since im weak and vunerable i have to hide until i can recover my mars crystal." rei said as everyone listened closely. "also mako-chan hotaru-chan, please dont tell the others espcially usagi-chan that im here." rei told makoto and hotaru.

Her sight averted to the new arrival, it seemed everyone was visiting. "Hotaru-chan?" she began looking up at the younger of the senshi. "What's wrong?" she inquired then offering her a hot cocoa Mamoru had made.
Whilst wiating for an answer she joined back into the main conversation. "So that means those love angels are bad..." Hikari started holding her thumb on her lips. "Your planet crystal... without that, it means you're not currently a full pledged senshi... However, if thats what theyre after from the sound of it. They'll be after ours as well..." she explained looking slightly worried. Upon the last part of Rei's speech she looked at her abruptly. "But doing so would make Usagi-san worry more... Perhaps we could tell her you visited me and went to train elsewhere like when Makoto did?" she suggested averting her sapphire eyes onto Mamoru for his opinion.

As Hotaru sat down still with a grim expression. But she kindly took the cocoa. As she sipped it she finally spoke "There is only one way to destroy the queen...."

Makoto swiftly glanced at Hotaru. "And what would that be, Hotaru?" She then switched to the other conversation. "So this means that Angel Salvia and Angel Lily are working for the dark queen.." Makoto's eyes darkened. "I think we should all stay somewhere together, that way, the dark queen can't pick us off one by one."
