Okay,so... Theres this cute little cat that started hanging out in my garden a few months ago,she/he is black with white paws.
To the point,she's been loosing wait very fast and lately I've been noticing her fur thinning,a lot.
So I decided to start feeding it,It been coming here every day about 5-10 times to check for food so today I went to spar and get some kitty food, which it literally hogged down and kept coming back to see if theres more.
It is also scared as s**t of humans, whenever I open the door to refill the bowl I left outside it runs away and comes back after half an hour, it wont lt me get closer than 10 meter although I've been feeding it for almost a week.
I'm a bit worried about how quickly its loosing fur, wont let me get close to it though,let alone touch it.
Any tips on how to make her more accustomed to me?
I guess if nothing works I'll have to call the spca.

Awww. Poor Kittie. crying
Maybe it has mange and that is why it's loosing fur?
I'm not good at getting cats to like me. My cat hated me... crying

Maybe just try spend more time with it. Even just sit at the other end of the garden for a bit so it starts getting used to you, then start moving closer and closer to it.

I was thinking of trying to do that, but my mom got pissed of because the cat dug up some compost that my mom put in the garden,she loves her garden more than anything.Anyway she told me to stop feeding the cat which im not going to do but I bet she'll keep scaring it away when its trying to eat. mad

V's got the right idea, that's the only way it'll learn to trust you. Knowing you're the one feeding it. My cats arn't good with people either, yet I have one sleeping in my bed at night with me.

Even worse,My sister wont shut up about getting a dog. Soo if she gets a dof I doubt the cat will ever show up again

My mom is terrible, we went to the pound today and saw this cute little Jack Russel but my mom immediatly marked him as "too ugly" although he was extremely friendly.
She wants to get a really furry and pretty dog,as she said, in my opinion because she wants to brag to her friends about it, she really doesnt care about the dogs personality or story.
Oh how i loathe her -.-

Ugh... That sucks.
I hope your mom gets a really pretty dog, but with a shitty personality so it bites her. That will show her!
