perhaps a fanfict writing contest
it woudl have to be short fanficts
perhaps with a certain theme
something
then the whole guild could vote?
or just the captains/crew
and the winner gets x amount of gold?

I like the idea of a fanfic. contest with a theme but we would have to put a word limit on it.
