Nilexma sat precariously perched on the edge of a windowsill many stories up in Castle Oblivion, her legs dangling over the edge, her heels tapping against the outside wall. She was waiting, waiting for her court of nobodies, for she was a princess, and they were her loyal subjects. She had called a meeting to discuss her new plans for her own kingdom, since every princess needed their own kingdom. Currently, her thoughts were that she could take over Castle Oblivion or go find a new world and claim it as her own. The latter was more appealing to her, as she had been in Castle Oblivion for a while now and it was starting to bore her, though she did feel the castle was fitting for royalty such as herself. Yes, she was leaning toward taking a new world, but of course, she would need her minions with her. She loved them very much - they played with her without complaint whenever she ordered them to, and killed without question whenever she didn't feel like doing the job herself. She couldn't ask for a better royal court, and once she had her own kingdom, she would reward them handsomely.

Princess Melina sat daintily perched on a tree stump in the middle of a small clearing in a forest. She was meditating, reaching out her senses to feel the world around her... and what she felt made her frown. Starblossom Kingdom was not quite right. Something about it was off... what, she could not tell exactly. Perhaps it had to do with the 'dark beings' that had been rumored to be attacking the outer villages recently. A rustling startled her out of her deep thoughts, and instinctively she grabbed her staff and whipped around in the direction of the sound, only to find her bodyguards watching her with their usual blank faces. "Yes?" she asked with a smile. Though they seemed very serious, the princess loved them very much, as they were her best friends, though it wasn't like she had been able to make very many friends because of how busy she always was with princessly duties.

"You asked us to inform you when it was lunchtime," Yiniy answered, bowing her head slightly. The twins were mostly androgenous, but their body shapes and faces were just barely masculine and feminine enough for them to be told apart, not to mention their colors.

"We have come to escort you back to the castle, if you are ready," Yangnay continued, bowing his head in the same fashion.

Princess Melina replied with a nod and walked between them, continuing to ponder her kingdom's possible predicament as they strolled along.

Zal-Bennu was very excited. He had finally gotten to return to a pyramid he had helped oversee the building of, in which one of his very old friends now rested in. Though most of the rooms he walked through had been looted or the artifacts had been taken away for archaeological study or museums, the one he was headed for he knew without a doubt would be untouched. Only he and his long-dead pharaoh friend had know abou the construction of the secret room, and they had also been the only ones who know how to get to it. Now he was going to show his newest friend, Matrix, the wonders of the Pharaoh's greatest treasures. After a few more turns into different hallways and going up and down stairs, he came to a wall at which he tapped out a rhythym on several seemingly random bricks, and a door-sized section of the wall slid away to reveal a steep set of stairs that led down into darkness.

The phoenix in human form grinned at his friend Matrix, snapping his fingers to allow a deep-red flame to hover above them, and gestured into the narrow passageway. "Isn't this great?" he asked excitedly, leading the way in the abyss. It took at least a full minute to descend the dark steps, but the Egyptian-looking musketeer's enthusiasm was unaffected by the time they reached the bottom. He lit the lamps that hung off the walls and happily looked through all the good old stuff.

His gaze alighted upon an old, musty book of spells. Flipping through it, he laughed at the simple tricks, until he reached a page that was a lot fancier-looking than the others. "Hey, Matrix," he called out to his friend, "wanna try this spell? It says something about worlds and dimensions... maybe we can use it to teleport back to Darkwood! That'd be useful!"

Lilix was walking down an ally way and turned a corner and ran into a thug. She started to panic and ran all around in the ally way, not thinking that she could just run out of the ally way, and started to run on the walls, trash cans and anything else that was there. As she was doing this, the thug was watching with an eyebrow was twitching the ," what the hell is going on?" twitch. lilium stopped midway running on a stack or mattresses and turned and stared at the thug, her face scrunched up and she took out a rubber ducky and set it down and poked it with a red glowing finger. The duck popped to life and then flew to the thug and started attacking. While this was happening, lilium layed down and went to sleep from all the running and panicking.
she was once again safe from one of many thug, gangs, ect. of Gangland (world).

Oliverix was happily rolling down a hill with a horde of kids rolling after him, when there was an explosion. Oliver rolled full speed ahead and then jumped up and leapt into the air towards the explosion. when he got there it turned out to be another nobody experimenting on explosives, though those experiments rarely turn to an actual product or weapon.
He turned away and walked away and headed towards Inventima bar. He opened the stained glass door of a dark brown bear mug. A song was playing and a voice sand "we can dance if we want to we can leave our friends behind..." He expected people drinking and dancing but he only saw a metallic rainbow covering the whole inside of the bar, and also noticed that it was moving with the music beat. But what he didnt like about it all was that all of the people in it were gone, and in there place was dust.
Something was not right in the world of Neomon, and whatever it was that caused this to happen, Oliverix hopped he wont be there for the next act.

Femelia (feh meh lee uh) walked around in the big forest area of feywood.
Feywood was a quiet place where many bad and good monsters prowl quietly and where some of the most quiet people live in the trees that are very tall and the width is a small mansion to a big mansion.
femelia walked in the misted area on the ground searching for her pet armanillix, a medium sized creature that has a large hard shell and can climb trees (with the help of very sticky slime) and can roll up in a ball.
She was going inside tangled roots of large petrified trees that have large openings in them, to the small caves (to worried to think of not searching the small areas which cannot hold mid-sized armanillix). Finally she found her dear pet, kimpleton. He was only eating a Vartinex, a dinosaur but with horns growing out of its jaw.
"Kimpleton!!" Femelia yelled out in joy and ran to the no-longer missing armanillix.
Kimpleton quickly raced to its owner and greeted her with a slimy feeler, and she took it in her and and pated it easily, as if there were no slime on it.

Sock von monster trotted threw sockie town and greeted everyone and once in a while slapped someone on the back and joked with them.
"Hey von monster where ya headed to??" Sockimon, sock von monsters buddy, raced up and used a knitted elbow to jab sock von monster with.
"To the human store to get a human. I want one to give to my sister for her birthday. shes been wanting one to help around the house and take care of my new niece." Von monster twisted a pink swirl eye and blinks.
" ohhhh, the human store! i heard they got more female humans in stock. They just got some American woman!! If you get one of them they might just snap back and want money so they can shop or go find a male human. Sockomomomo got 2 male and a female. The shop keeper said some of them were "sluts" so we should keep them away from being with males. Sockomomomo accidentally got one and she and the males got reeeeeeeeeeeeal friendly, hit it off as soon as sockomomomo turned his back on them. His wife came in and saw them so she took them back and got a different female and one male. They were both very smart so they could help with work or homework." Sockimon rubber a button.
"Wow! Well i might get a middle class human , eather a stay home female or a construction worker male." sock von monster shook his head. "either ones good, i might get two, but i will just see whats there. Gotta go! See ya sockimon, tell sockomomomo i said hello!"
"Will do!"
Sock von monster continues to walk to the human store, and a few minutes later he tripped and got cut on a piece of glass.
"KNITOD! My stuff is coming out... SO MUCH STUFF IS COMING OUT!!" sock von monster waved his arm around as some stuff was coming out. A woman came out of a store and sewed him up and put more stuff in him.
"You can come back in a week and i can take the stitching out, it wont leave a scar or anything, dont worry." She closes the stitching kit.
"Knitod bless you. thank you so much."
She walks back into her store.

Nilexma was beginning to get annoyed. No one in her court had shown up yet, and she was now late for the nobodies' meeting, and princesses, though they could be fashionably late, should not be this late. She sighed, thinking on what she should do. Ah well, she would punish them later, maybe give them some mediocre assignment to do some boring chore. She knew that they too had been invited, as she had mentioned the invitation to them to make sure they would attend, so she didn't bother to leave a note - not that she would have anyway, since being their leader meant she did not have to explain herself to them (though she tended to anyway, because it could be fun).

Shrugging, she slid off the ledge and plummeted down the outside wall for a second or two until she disappeared into her portal.

(So, since pretty much all the charries here are occupied elsewhere, I'mma do some solo rp with Melina until Matrix is here to rp with Zal. Knitkips and Hitsugi can of course post here whenever they'd like, but please no one go to Starblossom Kingdom without my permission. ^^ )

Less than an hour later, Princess Melina sat on her window seat in her bedroom, gazing out into the garden below as she delicately picked at her food. She could have been in the dining room, but she wasn't feeling particularly social at the moment. When she needed to, though, she was very outgoing, and practically everyone in the castle was her friend, many of the young lords and ladies were her good friends, and of course, there were her best friends, Yiniy and Yangnay. Even so, there were times when she felt lonely, and when one of those moods crept up on her, she tended to want to be alone.

Anything from not feeling up to magic practice to the weight of the world's terrible aspects would crush her in oppressive waves, the ebb and flow of trying to reassure herself then feeling even more hopeless. Hope always won out in the end though, and she was forever convincing herself that even if she was to be forever 'alone', it would be okay if she could help out her kingdom. She could stand the loneliness if it was for the good of her people.

She had only given in to the despair once... It felt like so long ago, yet only yesterday. Her younger brother had been murdered by some lord who had thought he could assassinate his way to the top, but he underestimated the princess' bodyguards' tracking abilities. The lord had been publically executed, though the princess did not watch, and did not care, at that point, about revenge. She had lain in her bed for days, contemplating the fairness of such a sweet, innocent boy being taken from the world so soon. All that was terrible about her race had swirled round and round in her mind until she was so caught up in the vortex she wanted to just get rid of them all and be done with it.

Then one night, her brother came to her in a dream, and reminded her of the inherent goodness of her race, and how everyone had the potential for good or evil, and it was up to her to encourage the good. She had woken up crying, but with happiness, and was still unsure whether or not it was the spirit of her brother as he had been but a ten-year-old child, and she wouldn't have thought one so young could have given a speech so inspirational.

Princess Melina blinked, the happy thoughts shaking her out of her lonely mood. She smiled down at the garden, suddenly feeling like taking a walk through the hedge maze. Her appetite had returned, and she finished her plate, then handed it to the maid that came when she called. Yiniy and Yangnay accompanied her to the entrance of the hedge maze.
