Yup, Maggots, I saw maggots in a garbage can. It pretty much was the grossest thing I ever saw....I'll probably have nightmares about it.

Mmm...I'm pretty sure tub girl is worse...
Or maybe the image of a man holding the fetus of his child, it being born premature after the mother was raped by a demon, thus warping the child physically and making it a horrific, mutated demon itself while Stevie Wonder's "Isn't She Lovely" played in the background lending the whole image a big-a** stamp of black comedy.

In the tropic regions, there are there flies that lay their eggs on mosquitos. When the mosquitos bite a human, the eggs are transferred under the skin. Once the eggs grow into larvae, they come out through the skin as maggots.

The BME Pain Olympics was pretty gross, maggots aren't that gross. Granted i do not want to touch them, but there are a lot of grosser things like Zanna Morso said.

I can't think of anything that gross at the moment.
Harlequin ichthyosis is pretty disturbing, but it's also sad.
