I would say 3.5, it's sort of impressive but not really my style. However, that is only looking at your avatar and nothing at all to do with how I think of you as a person.

as a tektek'er my self your avatars breaks 4 of the basic 5 rules
While the colors match all most perfectly to a point a quick look wouldn't show the very sidle off set between the whites and golds , the style how ever goes hair wire from there.
the face draws u in to much , good tektek'ers like an even avatar were no one items draws you in more then another
The sword does the same just not as much.
Again the face - it to dark compared to the rest of the body it would be fine if there was black else were to off set them but other then a small tail at the bass of the clock i see nothing.
and dont be mad with me dude am just super extremely picking when it comes to avatars only the absolute best fly with me. sorry if am being to harsh sweatdrop

I give you a 3, because the vampire look is out of place and the panda shouldn't be there. Also, the book is too much. Maybe sit down if you're gonna read a book in a gardeny place?
