August 3rd-September 13th, is the Darkrai Event. Meaning plenty of time to get te Members pass, if you dont have Wi-Fi, you can still make a trip, to either GameStop or Toys R' Us, or any other participating locations.

You can only do it ifyou have Mystery Gift.

If you have Mystery Git, select it on he main screen.

Click Receive Gift, Via Nintendo Wireless. The only way you can catch Darkrai is if you have triggered the cresellia event. Which you can by going to Canalave city, and walking into the sailors house, talk to the boy.

Go sail to one of the islands. Yo can now get Darkrai
