BTAI DC 15 Blaster Rifle: The workhorse of the Grand Army of the Republic, the DC15 is a 1.6 meter long, plasma-charged blaster-type weapon capable of inflicting massive damage to biological and droid targets, and minimal damage to vehicles. Utilizing both Tibanna gas and plasma energy, DC15 bolts have an extra ionic charge that does extra damage to droids, and plays havoc with the nervous systems of organic targets. A clip for the DC15 carries 60 shots.
BTAI DC 15A Blaster pistol: The primary sidearm of all clone infantry. The DC15A is the smaller cousin of the DC15 rifle, and looks like it would sooner fit in the carbine class. At the length of a clone's forearm, much of the DC15A pistol is taken up by the folding stock. The experimental power pack of the DC15A pistol draws energy from its surroundings, and thus has no ammunition limit. It is, however, prone to overheating, at which point a new power pack will be required.
GAM GG-1 Blast Cannon: Primary weapon of clone engineers, the GG-1 blast cannon is a new experimental design by Golan Arms. This weapon fires eight (unconfirmed number) blaster bolts in a conical pattern that spreads outward. This weapon is guaranteed to kill within five meters, devastating out to ten, with effectiveness dropping rapidly after that.
BTAI DC 15X Sniperifle: A variant of the DC15 blaster rifle, the DC15X is just as long, but the standard infantry barrel has been swapped for a bore-holed, air-cooled sniper barrel that tremendously increases the range and accuracy of the projectile. The infantry scope has also been replaced with a 4x/8x magnification imaging scope for increased accuracy. A DC15X clip carries six high-powered shots.
BTAI DC15C Commando Blaster Pistol: The smaller, more powerful cousin of the DC15A blaster, the commando pistol is favored by jet troopers, pilots, naval personnel, some commanders, and ARC troopers throughout the GAR. This weapon utilizes a similar power pack of its larger cousin, but also features a Mandalorian firing chamber, which greatly increases the punch behind each shot. As a side effect, the commando pistol will overheat faster, and kick harder, than the DC15A.
Merr-Sonn PLX Portable Missile Launcher: The universal infantry answer to Separatist vehicles is the Merr-Sonn PLX, commonly called the "Plex." It is a simple over-the-shoulder anti-armor rocket launcher capable of firing line-of-sight or advanced gravity-guided projectiles. The firing chamber can hold two rockets at a time, but can only fire one at a time. This weapon is also effective against unsuspecting infantry.
GHAM Punisher Chaingun: This is the largest and most morale-crushing weapon that the Grand Army of the Republic dares to field as an infantry weapon. A power cell that could power a personal shield and a stealth field generator, a one-thousand round clip, a firing rate of 5000 RPM, and an overheat-to-cooldown rate of 30 seconds to 10 combine to create a weapon that strikes fear into the hearts of Separatist forces across the galaxy. Punishers can only be wielded by the hardiest of individuals, which usually reserves their use specifically for ARC troopers or ARC-trained commanders. Even droidekas are forced to recognize the devastating firepower that a clone can wield in the form of a GHAM Punisher.
RIAE EX-9 EMP Launcher: The main weapon of battlefield jet troopers is the Rothana-built EX-9 EMP launcher. This weapon fires a super-charged ball of ion energy and electromagnetic pulse that is downright lethal to droids. Any droid caught within five feet of the impact point will be shut down immediately. Droids between five and ten feet will lose power to whatever side of themselves was facing the blast. Direct hits have been known to cause droids to fragment, and the weapon isn't much nicer to the nervous system of an organic target. Like the Merr-Sonn PLX, the EX-9 EMP launcher can hold two EMP bolts in the firing chamber at once.
SoroSuub F87 Fusion Cutter: The secondary weapon of clone engineers and starfighter pilots is the F87 fusion cutter. This is not a weapon, per se, though there are records of some desperate engineers using them to slice the blaster arm right off an SBD to use for their own purpose. This useful battlefield tool can construct turrets and defensive features in record time, repair vehicles and supply droids, and even slice into enemy vehicles. Anyone who masters the fusion cutter will be a powerful asset to his or her team.
GAM HX2 Multipurpose proximity mine: The bane of vehicles and those who don't watch their surroundings, the HX2 multipurpose mine is equally vicious to vehicles and personnel alike. If strategically placed, a series of these mines can cripple an enemy convoy, and are also useful for diversionary and confusing tactics.
BTI HL12 Thermal Detonator: A drastically scaled-down version of the familiar thermal detonator, in itself capable of leveling small buildings, the battlefield thermal detonator is the infantryman's primary hope of damaging an enemy vehicle, or scattering a collection of infantry. A blast radius of ten meters maximizes the killzone afforded by this potent grenade.
