That'd be really cool, but with all the trouble Korea gave about the anime, there's no way there's going to be a live action film. But, I think Ken'ichi Matsuyama would be excellent for it!

Strictly Japanese actor-wise....
Yuu Shirota as Spain, because he's Japanese-Spanish. xD Hmm...I'd say Hongo Kanata for Japan. (Though he's a little young) He just reminds me of him. Very quiet, petite, subtle and cute. Hiro Mizushima as England? xD

I think Vic Mignogna should be America. I can just see him playing the part so well. I mean, he normally does voice acting, but he does live action stuff too.
His personality just fits so well ^^ He's great at spazzing out and acting funny, but also can be pretty serious.
Plus he looks sorta like America to me! XD
