The scrap-book like tome sets on a pedestal in the reference section. It seems to be a work in process, since there are so many blank pages in the back. The book has a childish air about it....perhaps its the construction paper hearts and stars or the confetti glued to the front. Despite it's awkward appearance, the tome seems to have some good information in it.

-- Hermit Cats --
Quote: "Shy and reclusive, the Hermit Cat doesn't care much for people. But with some love and attention, it'll warm up and share its strange political beliefs with you." Hermit cats are small, their shell like eggs and babies being only the size of marble, and the adults small enough to sit comfortably in the palm of your hand. Unlike store bought hermit cats, ours are guaranteed not to die on you after a few weeks.
Hermit cats are shy, but that's self-preservation on their part. Once they find that you are not a threat, they'll warm up to you.
Hermit cats, despite their feline appearance, do not like eating fish. They prefer algae or other vegetation, much like any other species of snail. Carrots tend to be a favorite, but it varies hermit cat to hermit cat.

Chimera Kittens FOUNDChimera kittens are some of the sweetest little critters you could ever hope to own. With their chubby cheeks and sleepy disposition, it's hard not to fall in love with the little dears. They can taste the air with their forked tongues, much like a snake, and their third eye sees things in infrared. Due to their anatomy, walking is a bit difficult, and their bellies can get pretty dirty, which leads to higher grooming needs. Their diet is similar to a cats, though catnip seems to have little to no effect on them. Cat food, fish, and other meats are acceptable food substances for the little dearlings. Though, be careful not to feed them too much: due to their unique anatomy, stomach issues such as indigestion are quite common. Due to their longevity and slow growth cycle, it is highly unlikely that you will ever see your kitten grow up. Free Kittens

-- Cuttlefish --
Quote: This soggy fellow has had a rough life in the deep seas and is looking to start over in a new, safer neighborhood. Cuttlefish are carnivores, but cute and cuddly ones. Toss them some shrimp or goldfish, and they'll be happy. While they can survive on normal fish flakes, they don't like them as much and will only eat them if forced to.
They can be trained to do simple tricks, like swimming through a hoop. Though, due to their stubbornness and tenacity, this can be a long and tedious process. Cuttlefish also like adventures, so changing up their aquarium every couple weeks or so will ensure that your pet is happy and has proper mental stimulation to keep it entertained.
Warning: Do not put them in a tank with fish other than Cuttlefish, or you might find a few missing.
