It was night as the man walked along the shore of the ocean his cloak pulled tight to protect himself from the bone chilling wind that blew against his back. As he walked the path along the ocean shore as he had done for many years he remembered why he did this.
When he was still a young man he had a teacher who trained him in the art of swordsmen ship and soon his master fell deathly ill and was not long for this world but before the final breath left the masters body he told the young pupil a prophases of impending doom for this land. On the Night of a full moon there would be a ship a simple, sleek, black ship and on that ship the destroyers of the land would arrive, an army of the dead and they would destroy the land without thought or doubt. As the pupil’s master died he told the young man that he was the last hope for this land and since that day from so many years ago the pupil walked along the shore every full moon looking for this ship but had yet to see it.
The now aged pupil finished his walk along the shore and with a deep sigh turned to walk away but the cold wind that had followed him died and the land grew silent not even a cricket chirped as the man turned to look at the incoming ship that was as black as the night that hide it from sight the man let his hands rest on the swords at his side. As the ship pulled up the man could already see the army poring onto the beach and he drew his twin blades as the battle began.
The man found himself bleeding as he took deep breaths, looking at the piles of half rotten bodies around him and his eyes turned to the remaining army that had yet to leave the ship and as the blood left his body his vision went blurry. The man shook his head clearing his vision as the remaining army poured from the ship. The man had already prepared for death and he rushed at the army on tired legs, as he knew his fate was to die saving his home.

Reason for Wanting to Join Squad Six: Well the reason I wish to join isn't all that grand it is simply because I believe that swordsmenship is an art form that I would like to study.
