Physical Description:~Personal Shinobi Information~Personality: Hikaru has an extremely cheerful attitude towards life, but he can not handle pain, as it is extremely distressing for him, and in some cases he will cry due to the inability to handle the pain that well. Hikaru is extremely serious in battle and is one to fear but his inability to handle pain can override that but in rare cases Hikaru can resist the pain's effect on him.
Update: Lately, Hikaru has begun to steel his heart against his inability to handle pain and seems to use it to his advantage, in some cases allowing him to get cut by his opponent in order to actually manipulate his own blood and use it as a weapon, sometimes even using that power to break the opponent's weapon

~Background~Hikaru was originally born in Kirigakure to a loving mother and father but his father was killed when he lost his mind temporarily and tried to kill Hikaru when he was about 3, which revealed that Hikaru could handle pain under any circumstances, and when Hikaru was about to be killed, his Kekkei Genkai retaliated by releasing thousands of ice senbon at his father. Hikaru was distraught by this and Hikaru's mother took him to Kumogakure where they would be safe from attacks from other members of the other clan that Hikaru's father was part of. Hikaru's kekkei genkai from his father's side never existed in him and his father's clan is now believed to be extincted while his Hyouton kekkei genkai from his mother has bred true.
Hikaru entered the Academy when he was the age of 11 and graduated at the age of 13 and quickly went to training his own kekkei genkai in order to prepare him for the Chuunin exams.
~Other~Hikaru has the inability to handle pain and is extremely distressing for him to be in pain, occasionally causing him to cry which has occasionally earned him the title of "Crybaby" amongst some Genin of Kumogakure, but the female Genin ignore them and are concerned for him, knowing a little bit about his disability.
Update: But lately he has become for some reason he is eager to see the sight of blood, but this isn't insanity, however, it might be the influence of how he now can use his Kekkei Genkai which allows him to control water and ice to also manipulate blood, but this is possible. He also seems to take a lot of risks and has even created his own style of techniques based around blood manipulation.
Hikaru understands the composition of blood, and now knows that since that human blood is made partially of water, he can use his kekkei genkai to manipulate human blood and use it as a weapon, as long as it is outside the human body, as he can not pinpoint the veins of the opponent and control the blood of the opponent from their inside.

Vuxarukirii Tennyo (Valkyrie Celestial Maiden) ~ The Vuxarukirii Tennyo is a no-dachi whose name translates to "Valkyrie Celestial Maiden", and it is not made of normal Tamahagane Steel like other katana-like weapons, and is in fact, made of a special alloy of Tamahagane Steel, Titanium and Meteoric Iron, resulting in a super strong alloy with the lightness of both Tamahagane Steel augmented by the light weight of Titanium. The Meteoric Iron also adds to the strength of the metal and allows it to resist any sort of Katon technique used on it. The weapon has the appearance of a blue weapon with a silver dragon style on the blade, and when chakra is channeled into the weapon, this silver dragon image increases in size and seems to appear living. The weapon has been enhanced with the ability to channel and manifest chakra, both normal and elemental chakra, allowing Hikaru to surround the blade in an aura of the element that the chakra is of.
