My apologies for the pun in advance (I can't help it). Here are the skeletons for each respective type of character. Also, do not post your skeletons here; they go in the proper areas(the rosters).
For now, all these characters are EXAMPLES, they will not actually appear in stories.
Also, Blank Character Sheets are below the examples.

Example Soul Reaper Character Skeleton
Name: Samanosuke (Sam)
Rank: Unseated squad member.

Occupation: Field Soul Reaper; member of squad 12
Place of Birth:The seventh district of the Rukongai (soul reapers are almost always born in the rukon district, and only a few are lucky enough to be born into a noble family {sometimes the noble clans will adopt promising individuals})*
Place of Residence: While in soul society, the squad barracks; while on earth, he takes up residence wherever he can. (he is a moocher^_^)
Relative(s)/ Spouse(s): Samanosuke has no know relatives, he was abandoned as a small child (orphans are common in the Rukon districts)
Ability List: Bushido(way of the sword)master, basic level Kido(Demon Magic)techniques (1-15)
Zanpakuto name:Obaachan (grandmother)**
-Shikai Call: love Obaachan***
-Bankai additional name(s): Kichigai Obaachan(mad grandmother)****
Zanpakuto appearance:
-initial release- Obaachan looks like an average length katana with a perfectly round, plain guard and basic sword wrapping. Obaachan is a dark blue in color.
-Shikai- Obaachan takes on the appearance of a paper folding fan with the images of various delicious treats across it.
-Bankai- Obaachan becomes a giant pump and a gas mask for Sam to wear.
Zanpakuto abilities:
-Shikai- Obaachan releases a vapor that smells of ones childhood favorite smell, this vapor fills the person smelling it with energy and can even heal minor injuries.
-Bankai- Kichigai Obaachan releases torrents of highly acidic gas that begins to dissolve anything made of metal or stone that it comes into contact with; the vapor is dangerous to anyone who inhales it, and in large amounts may cause death.
Temperament: Sam is hot headed and cocky,and seems to many to be a total jerk, but deep down he is highly sensitive, and hates ridicule.
Appearance: A short (5'4''), incredibly well-built young man, with long black hair put up in a ponytail, and black eyes.

Strengths: Sam has amazing physical strength, and understands enough about kido to be able to cast spells(though not well), he also has developed street-smarts through his time as an orphan in the Rukon
Weaknesses: Shin lacks a high intelligence,and compared to other soul reapers,his spiritual pressure is relatively low; to boot, Obaachan is a non-combat type in shikai, and therefore he must rely almost exclusively on his initial form.
Likes:Sake, women, ramen, trees, shade
Dislikes:Bright light, explosions, balloon animals, beer
*I do not want a bunch of people with noble last names like Kuchiki or Shihoin, please try to be original because an RP with all noble family members would be exceedingly stale.
**Zanpakuto names must be in Japanese with an english translation (just google search what you want, it doesn't have to be perfect just the general idea)
*** Locked until after introduction and completion of Academy (Moderator deems the powers acceptable, and not too OP or pointless)
****Locked until character reaches crew rank or has 250+ posts and a moderator determines that they are not mostly spam/OOC posts(whichever comes first)

Example Human Character Skeleton
Name: Mr. Shin Takage
Age:30
Race: Asiatic
Occupation: Teacher (Algebra)
Place of Birth: Kyoto
Place of Residence: A small apartment in the older part of town (humans must live in Karakura Town in order to RP)
Relative(s)/ Spouse(s): Mr.Takage has four brothers each of which have become wealthy and successful business men. His mother loves him, despite his inadequacy, but his father has more or less disowned him. Mr. Takage has never been married, but has fallen in love many times.
Abilities:
-Soul Reaper-like- Mr. Takage can produce shields of energy capable of stopping attacks, he can also trap enemies with those shields.
Name of Power(s): Mr.Takage does not know the name of his powers, he uses them on impulse, and hardly know how they work.
Temperament: Mr. Takage is an easy-going man who lets most things slide, the one thing he cannot stand though is laziness, he would allow a student to miss as many days as they wanted so long as they did the work.
Appearance: he is tall (about 5'10''), well-built for a man with a desk job, with dark brown eyes and short, black hair. Mr. Takage wears the required attire for his work, but when he is seen out of work his dress seems bizarre...

Strengths: Shin is witty, and can think on the fly, he is bold and confident, a natural leader.
Weaknesses: Shin does not think far ahead, he has little in the way of combat abilities, and usually acts to defend others before himself. Shin has asthma, and cannot perform well in intense situations where tremendous physical activity is involved.
Likes:Freedom, humor, clever people
Dislikes:Idiots, children (under the age of 14), his boss

Abilities: Extend-able limbs, pliable body, fast reflexes, incredible speed
Zanpakuto Name:Monstruo Aran(y)o(Clawed Monster)***
-Resurreccion Call- Cry out
-Resurreccion Appearance- His mask covers his face in an Egyptian funeral shroud, his hands are covered in armor giving them the appearance of giant claws, and he increases in height by four feet; his body becomes lanky(er) giving him a corpse-like appearance.
Temperament: Though he is/was a slightly older man, Machiavelli acts very child-like and has a bad habit of getting himself into trouble. He has managed so far to avoid major confrontations with soul reapers, but has very nearly gotten himself killed on several occasions.
Appearance:
-Hollow-Machiavelli is a tall, skeletal, mummy-like hollow possessing long clawed fingers and toes. He has green skin and shoulder length, thin white hair.
-Arrancar-His mask remnant takes on the shape of a long pointed beard coming directly from the base of his chin, he is still noticeably thin, but not skeletal, he has thick, graying brown hair and hazel colored eyes.

Strengths: His extend-able limbs and flexibility allow him to perform some unbelievable and unpredictable attacks making him a threat to the overconfident or unwary.
Weaknesses: His thin body is easily cut through once his defenses have been breached, and his overall abilities fare best at mid-range, so if an opponent can strike him from out of reach of his abilities he will be quickly overwhelmed.
Likes: The hunt, power, games, spinning things (like pinwheels), oranges
Dislikes:Tomatoes, eggs, cheaters, bugs, cars
*Race and Ethnicity are only really important for characters who become Arrancar, but it is preferable that this information is given so that others can get a better idea of the character's accents and behaviors.
**Hollow become vastly possessive of their family members, usually putting them on the first to eat list, and will attempt to kill and/or eat anyone who becomes close to them.
*** An arrancar's zanpakuto is a return to their former self, and as such will have a name that reflects their true form. Almost all Arrancar have names and abilities of the Spanish persuasion, so please keep with that tradition at the very least with the name of their zanpakuto.
