Physical Description: Blithe is a bit of a shorty, standing at about 5'4" - 5'5", making it seem like he's younger than he is, of course his childish looks could also play a contributing factor in that bit of judgment. His hair is a sandy blond, and is worn down his back in a waist length braid. His gray eyes are what give away when he's really laughing and his white skin is slightly tanned showing his excessive time spent in the sun. His hands are calloused, and he has a small gold hoop in his right ear. He does have muscles, although you may not notice them at first (especially if he is fully clothed) because he is extremely lean and toned, due to his past line of work. He's broken numerous bones in training accidents on the ropes, and also carries a few scars with him. A large one across his torso runs from his upper left chest to his right side.

He likes uniforms, coming from a traveling circus he's used to them, but otherwise he'll wear whatever is laying around...even if it isn't his. He would probably just go around naked, if it wasn't (I'm guessing) frowned upon, it's just easier than finding something to wear. He doesn't care about matching certain items of clothing, and to him the brighter and flashier the colors, the better. He's not a fan of shoes, and will often walk barefoot, he's quieter that way and can jump higher. He has a coin from his first performance in the circus, worn around his neck at all times.

Personality: Blithe is very optimistic, even in the worst of situations. He can jump to conclusions easily, and will tend to think that the simple answer is always the right one. He loves people and gets along with pretty much everyone, but doesn't grow close to people easily. If there is a dark moment he will most likely try to liven it up, and make someone laugh. He'll sing, whistle, or hum constantly without thinking about it. He always wants to be doing something, and will do any job he's given without complaint. Also he has no problem flirting with older women...none at all. He does tend to have sticky fingers at times, and can be found taking items that don't belong to him...only to return them later when he's done 'borrowing' them. He is very independent and likes to take care of himself...not very good about rules.

History: Blithe grew up in a traveling circus, and left to see past his little troupe's world. He had been part of their starring acrobatics team, but he felt that there was more for him besides the meager audience applause. His mother and father had died in some accident, no one felt like elaborating on, when he was barely a year old. It never really bothered him though, the circus was his family, the only family he could remember.

He was never taught to read and write, growing up on the road without any other children present at the time, made his education an after thought. When his many guardians realized that they should've been teaching him all along, he was old enough to shrug it off. He'd gotten that far without a real education, so did he really need one? His skills and talents improved with age, and he'd accomplished what most skilled aerialists have ever dreamed of. His most famous maneuver was the aerial quadruple back flip. He always insisted on performing without a net, ever since he was told that the net took away respect from the ropes...and the act itself. Training however they used nets, until they had perfected their routine. He has many faded and worn scars from accidents. The scar of his torso from a time when one of the ropes he was swinging on snapped, throwing him into the wooden ladder, where he had sliced himself on a broken rung. After which he had fallen barely being caught by the net they used for their training. He was upset only because he couldn't train for a week.

He eventually decided to move on shortly after his fifteenth birthday. He packed a bag, received tokens and well wishes from his large motley family, then was off on his own.

Particular Skills: He's an expert acrobat and aerialist. He knows how to play a variety of instruments, and will teach himself any new ones he finds. He enjoys singing as well, he's pretty average here, but he does it constantly, without really thinking about it, also will throw out random flips and cartwheels without thinking. He is a competitive drinker, having been taught drinking games from the clowns, and knows a great number of tavern ditties. He is a fairly good fighter, but uses more defensive skills than offensive. He can also be very quiet and sneaky, leading him to be a very good spy. Also, he is very good with calming animals, especially domestic animals.

Other Stuff: Blithe doesn't have a great view of personal space, his past troupe was very close so everything was shared and owned by everyone. Also, he seems to have chronic ADD if he's not preoccupied long enough.
