HOW TO BECOME CREW: - subject to change over time
First and foremost on becomign crew i ned to say: Vice-Catianship is reserved only for people i've known In Real Life(IRL) since High school(HS)
However you can easily become Crew:
and here's how
To become crew you msut meet a few requirements
1 - be kind ad follow gaia TOS - the two rules of the guild
2 - wait for Aww Heck to ask if you'd like to be crew*
(* = I'd like for one crew member per 20 members to be the aim of this)
When Crew-ranked there are expectations of you, ad they are:
1 - Kindly help others that need the help in pokemon/guild-related things
2 - while activity is not an issue here, we ask if you become crew to cosntantly check-in to make sure the rules are obeyed
EXPECTATIONS OF CREW
As Moderatory powers are given upon being crew-rnaked, we have expectation of those whom are deemed crew, these are:
Kindness, Above all, we simply dont tolerate stupoderators, or rather, people who think that their being a mod makes them able to be rude and crude with impunity, our crew should be kind above all else
Outgoing/invitatious, We expect crew here to be willing to tell people about the guild or even invite people to the guild, this bolsters our 'known-ness' and provides activity, allowing us to grow.
Fair Judgement, This is a must of all moderatory persons, when you moderate in any way, just be sure to not play it biasedly, thusforth, even if they are your Significant Other or firend or archnemisis, if their topic/tread/post demands moderation, do it as normal
((this expectation is here to prevent heated disscusions due to soemone playing sides))
When you moderate a topic/thread in any way: Notify the person who posted, it's easy, just send them a PM
((gaia online mods auto-PM when they mdoerateyour thread in any way or form, and examplary triat we also display))
---when doing a massive forum clean-up however, an in-guild mainforum sticky tread will be the better choice of mass-notification
---also we ask that as crew you minimize use of announcement-level topics and modestly use stickies for stuff like guides and so forth
