So, Zutara week is coming up, and I figured it might be cool to have a little discussion for it. You know, talk about our progress and exchange ideas and encourage others to join, which prompts we're having a lot of fun with and which ones have you drawing a total blank. Plus, we can share our stuff here when the time comes to post.
Themes for 2009:
Monday (Aug. 10): Crossover
Tuesday (Aug. 11): Blood
Wednesday (Aug. 12): Jealousy
Thursday (Aug. 13): Cactus Juice
Friday (Aug. 14): Fireflies
Saturday (Aug. 15): Rhythm
Sunday (Aug. 16): Lick
Let's hope this becomes an annual tradition. =D

Woot, I hope this is an annual thing as well. ^^
Anyway, I'm in the art category, I have a few ideas including a specific one for Crossover, but I haven't really started any(I just got done with entering a contest on DA, among other things, so my attention has been elsewhere)
But how bout that new rule of only submitting things on their designated day? (not before or after) O.O That one kind of surprised me.

But how bout that new rule of only submitting things on their designated day? (not before or after) O.O That one kind of surprised me. Sweet. =D I look forward to seeing what you come up with. I thought it was always that way? Like, Greenifyme would put up the submission post on the day designated for the prompt and everyone would have to try to get their entries submitted within twenty-four hours. I think you're still allowed to submit things late - the idea is just to have people submitting stuff around the clock for a full week so people's inboxes get flooded with Zutara fanworks. Or something. Anyway, I'm doing fic. I managed to get all except Saturday and Sunday's done so far, though I may or may not redo a couple (particularly "Cacuts Juice"). I'm trying to write each one from the perspective of someone other than Zuko or Katara, so... xD So far everything's pretty short, though.

It's a contest on Deviantart hosted by greenifyme. She'll set up an entry for each prompt on her journal, where everyone can post links to their stories/art/etc.. If you wanna sign up, do so here. However, if you only want to do fic for one prompt, you should just post it on fanfiction.net or something. People who sign up for Zutara Week have to enter something for every prompt, so...

I have all them done except the last one. Ideas for it, like, completely evade me.
I'm mostly just worried of completely spacing out and forgetting to post on the appropriate days (I have a habit of forgetting which day of the week it is). xD
