This forum is strictly for things about Ruby Sapphire and Emerald versions, you may mention Fr/Lg but try to focus moreso on RSE okay?

To evolve a feebas go to the berry masters wife and put 'challenge contest' then feed feebas of berry you got and then use a rare candy on feebas ( I'm guesting at does not work on Ruby

Sorry, but that's partially incorrect.
In order to Evolve Feebas into Milotic, you must raise it's beauty level to max and then level it up via any regular method. Then it will evolve.
This works in ANY game that you manage to get a Feebas in.

Ugh but aren't they the test of the trainer, if you manage to get one you are one lucky or just allover good trainer!
