Small races not in the guild are forming like Orcs and Goblins of Gaia,I thin k we should make them join us while they are weak,or we raid them for women,soldiers.in doing this we can either gain respect crushing these guild or allies,resources by making them join meaning this is a win win situation.

Good idea on making peace, what are you saying Zrog that other races but Ords are weak?Also i found a good halfbreed guild,but the haave humans in it,but they are rare.Another thing s this guild humans are gods.
I say we let hem join,liberate them from human ruling.

i ssent out a couple alliances letter to some non humans guilds, hopefully they join us as a ally.

I don't mind Allying with other guilds as long as they don't try to pouch our members or stir up trouble with us.

Though whitehooves is a traitor heew has a point we should only send alliances to guild with lowers ammounts of active members.Also all the clan i sent pect alliances to never replied yet.

this is something ive been wanting to say for awile shouldnt we like have sargents that lead part of the NHG like 55th group and 104th group or something so not only a few people are in charge

We would need alot of members for armies, it would depend on race,rank in the gui;d, number of post, mostly on the Captain,Vice Captans decisions.

yes and we do but not many mid lv ppl are active. As far as that gos many of the leaders have had family problems and sickness this year me included. I feel as if I am letting ppl down but I don't know how to ovoid funerals and sickness.

Why dont you make a chain of commands so they guild doesn't stop when you or the vicecaptains are busy.I think you should choose the whoever is the most active poster in the guild

I don't really care how active a poster you are you had no authority to ban people.
If you don't like the way we do things then I suggest that you create your own guild.
