That's right. I'm not sure if it has already been mentioned here yet or not, but an indie film company has purchased the rights to make a movie out of The Ethical Slut. More progress toward education on Polyamory, I hope.

I haven't read it yet (I intend to), but I definitely had that impression of it as well. I think that it's pretty safe to think this movie-to-be as "Ethical Slut Inspired" rather than an actual movie version... but everywhere I come across reference to it on the net I find it called a movie version of the book, so I'll go with that if only out of expedience.

It's supposedly involving Poly communities in San Fransisco, from the perspective of one new to Polyamory.

I'm personally more interested in the eastern spirituality take on non-monogamy, as I've always considered spirituality (not necessarily religion) inclusive of openness of the heart, honesty, and daring...
