Rabid Ollo Bear Sunday, April 26 So after a period of being absent, I am back and I am ready to kick some butt. Sort of. I'm still a hormonally challenged bear, and will probably go *poof* again at some point or another due to some reason that no one can hope to understand BUT ME. So you'll have to deal with it. In between those periods of absentness, I am here to enforce rules, and basically do my job as Vice Captain, as well as to RP.
But moving on now...
I'm pleased to see that Mitomi is flourishing. I see some threads going on, and bugs in the process of being worked out. I'm pretty impressed with the progress of the guild's structure. It's still a bit messy, but what can be expected from a young guild? That'll work itself over time once we all figure out what the hell we're doing (or is just me that doesn't know?).
However, I have noticed some things that just completely tweak me out.
xxxx1. Spelling mistakes and chatspeak. I understand that in the rules Diino wrote, there's nothing against it. In some places, I don't care. Like in the OOC. That place is meant for nonchalant chatting, but I have seen it in places that it does not belong and it brings out my inner Nazi. To put it bluntly, knock it off, folks. Or I'll sic a bear on you. Rawr.
If I see misspellings in any post I deem important in some form or another, I will edit it.
xxxx2. Rule six breakers, I see you, and I'm coming for your blood. Don't know what Rule six is? Here, let me quote it for you.D i i N O__MUNSTER 6. NO ONE-LINERS We want one paragraph. Yes, one nicely descriptive paragraph that we can all enjoy reading even if it is short. That means, basically, 6 sentences AT MINIMUM! Come on people, it's not hard. You should be around the age of 13, if your in Gaia, so a paragraph should be easy.
Okay, so I understand that not everyone in the world can reach my standards of writing, and sometimes those who can just don't feel like it. But really folks. One-liners are ridiculous, annoying, and brings down the overall quality of the guild. I'm not sure if Diino has noticed this, or has just been letting it slide. I have no intention of doing that. Because I'm a jerk. Build a bridge, get over it, and start writing some quality posts. xxxxThis announcement/rant has been read and approved by Diino so no bitching about. Remember this guys? Rabid may not be on this account anymore Nor is he a Vice Captain, but I roleplay with him all the time. He is an amazing roleplayer and I need you all to stick to what he's said here.

Thursday, July 30th So, after a long absence I have to apologize. There really is no excuse other than; moving to a different continent, training for my second degree, moving back to said orginial continent, applying for college, work, and being in a car crash.
And this was all in a period of two months. So I'm exhausted to say the least.
But I come back to my guild, which I entrusted to Lakita with her promise to get new guild members. Only to find it in shambles and no new members to be seen other than this Nelowulf character whom she has positioned as a crew member to help with her dictatorship.
I have started the re-construction of this guild.
This weekend I will be unfortunately busy. (Friday is my second degree test and Sunday I'll be out of town). But Saturday I'll be plugging away at this place and by next weekend I hope to have us up and running again.
I need some help though.
If anyone is exception in BBCoding and wants to make a grand reopening PM letter that can be sent to all members of this guild, it will come with a grand prize. (probably gold or something out of my pocket).
Just PM it to me for review and I'll take a looksie at it. If I can get this by this Wednesday I'll be ecstatic and more pumped to get this guild flowing again. [:
Right now all subforums are locked. Just until the crew members and I can get all this gunk cleaned up. Somewhat at least. *is up at 130 am doing this*
Thanks you guys for sticking with Mitomi for so long here.
I promise I wont desert you guys again.
