Feel free to fill this out and stick it in your clan idea thread for safekeeping until I open applications (this is not the thread for posting them!). There is also some info here about clan requirements to be accepted and maintained.

Some reminders about what is required for a clan.
-A clan MUST have a leader and that leader will be required to pm a completed rp to MidnyghtIce every two months otherwise they will be purged.
- A clan MUST have three members to be formed and if the member count ever drops below that they will be considered disbanded and lose their territory.
-If a clan has multiple leaders they must all have completed rps every two months on an individual basis otherwise they will be removed from their leadership position.
