Those born under the Blinking Star have a purpose, a destiny. The Great Gods of the six elemental kingdoms saw to it when they chose them.
The land of Aren was coming to waste. Kingdoms went to war only for each other's food supplies. Evil wizards stalked the land, under the command of an unnamed foe. This man was above darkness, above necromancy. He was almost a diety. The Great Gods, afraid of his rising power, chose three unborn children from each elemental kingdom, Fire, Water, Sky, Earth, Dark, and Light. Each of these eighteen children were born under the blinking star, their fates sealed. Someday, if they were strong enough, they would overthrow the evil ruler and restore peace. They are the hope of Aren. They are the Chosen.

CharactersI am Chosen.  My name is Genally My master is darkfiredragon16. I am immortal but look 16 years old. I am {a/an} vampire. You probably know, but just in case, I'm female. I am from the Kingdom of Dark. I'm rather skilled with swords,daggers,close combat,bow and arrow,kunias,shurikan, controls the element dark. You might think I have an interesting story... well i do when i was little my parents abandoned my so i was left alone and i had to make sure that i survived in this world since the accident when i was turned to a vampire it was a dark day for me that day.i was never myself that day. so since the accident i trained my self to be the very best to make sure that i would never let my guard down. i have fought many but none of them were a challenge. so i joined the dark kingdom to see if anyone there would be my rival. -------------------------------------- I am Chosen.  My name is Aya. My master is xX_Sorrowful_Sin_Xx. I am 17 years old. I am a human. You probably know, but just in case, I'm female. I am from the Kingdom of Fire. I'm rather skilled with one-handed swords and fire magic. You might think I have an interesting story... my parents died when I was six years old. My older brother wanted to take care of me, but I decided I needed to leave the town. Since then, I have been living on my own in the wild areas of the Fire Kingdom. You might think I have an interesting story... my parents were both generals for the Sky Kingdom; my father(Ryuichi) is retired and my mother(Iriai) died in battle. I have an older sister(Kou) but she ran away to be with her lover from a different Kingdom; which is forbidden in my family. Now I am currently visiting other Kingdoms secretly to gather info about the other Kingdoms. I also hope that some info will lead me to my sister. --------------------------------------

 The Midsummer Festival was wonderful this year. Old couples watched the fireworks, children danced around a bonfire, young men proved their strength to impress young women. Aya sat on a wooden fence, watching the festivities from a distance. She was boredly watching a man juggle torches when she decided it was time to visit her brother. She did what she had done every year, asking around until she found out where her brother was. But, strangely, no matter who she asked she got the same reply:
"He's gone."
She was confused. Gone where? When? She tried to question them further, but they always walked away after saying those two words. Finally, the woman at the bakery, who she had known since she was eight, told her quietly that he had died that winter.
She ran out of the bakery without another word. Tears streaming down her cheeks, she fleed to the edge of town, where she hid behind a house. Then she sat and cried until she couldn't anymore. When she was done crying, she sat, staring at her feet, not wanting to think.

Genally was walking around the kingdom since she was assigned to be on patrol today. she was quite bored really since nothing bad really happens in the dark kingdom. all she did really was help the locals with little errands like delivering packages to others or help them find missing things. well that was the life in the dark kingdom even though nothing bad happens in the dark kingdom they were a strong one they made sure nothing could penetrate these walls and she made sure of that even to this day.
