This is for bands that are from, or originated from, foreign countries, such as Germany, Norway, Finland, Ireland ( I love Celtic/Folk metal), anywhere like that. They can speak english, still counts.
Mine:
1. Rammstein. (Germany)
2. E Nomine ( Germany)
3. Eisbrecher ( Also Germany)
4. Nightwish ( Finland, I believe. If I'm wrong, please correct me.)

Well, I'm more into the Asian culture so for me it'd be:
1. Big Bang (Korea)
2. DBSK (Korea)
3. Tokio Hotel (Germany)
4. Nightwish (no idea)
most of it is in no particular order, but the first two are my main favorites atm.

E Nomine and Eisbrecher are generic gothic, Rammstein is "neue deutsche härte" which is a subgenre of German rock music and Nightwish is melodic/gothic. folk metal:Naglfar - Sweden Helrunar - Germany Manegarm - Sweden Windir - Norway Bathory - Sweden Drudkh - Ukraine Equilibrium - Germany Ensiferum - Finland Finntroll - Finland Ulvar - Norway Korpriklaani - Finland just to name a few... check them out that's real folk metal.

I would have, but it's hard for me to remember certain celtic/folk metal bands. I love what I've heard from the Sirius metal channel on my sattelite. I also like any bands that sort of have an irish sound to them, good music to brawl to, like Dropkick Murpheys.
I was mainly listing bands off the top of my head, but recently I'm getting into Korpriklaani (*loves the song wooden pints*)

Hmm... I like a few bands. Delain- from the netherlands, Lacuna coil- Italy, and Leeves from the netherlands.

It's not hard to keep track of where your favorite bands are from if you are interested enough in them to read even just a Wikipedia article about them. razz
If you're not, that's fine too, but just saying.

There are more bands but i just don't remember where they come from nor do i remember their names... lame yes but its not my fault its the people who get me my music not telling me the names of the bands.
