Here's what I like
I love a good Romantic/ Comedy kinda deal, those being my top favorite kind to watch. Mostly since It drags you in no matter if you like anime or not (Bro dislikes anime, but will watch those -nods-). I would have to say that another favorite kind of anime that I like to watch is an Action/ Robot-ish type, even though it is ever so slightly overdone x]. MMMmmmm lets see... O YES, another good kind of anime I like to watch is Mystery/ "On the edge of your seat" kind a anime... Im not quite sure what to call it, but I love detective kind of anime, I guess thats the only way I can explain it as x].

I actually like any kind of movie or anime as long as it is written well, has good character build-up, good character seperation, and awesome music. blaugh

i really dont care what kind, but i dont like sci-fi crap, if the anime has a bad story line or somthin then a definate no. idk wat yuri is, can someone plz message me and tell me wat it is so im not in the dark? sweatdrop crying

Hmmm I guess I would say I've been into Action, Fantasy, and Suspense lately (or Seinen too be more exact)
My tastes in genres have definitely evolved lately though. I used to despise Shoujo but I've been reading more and more of them recently.
In actuality, I don't judge something just by it's genre though. I try to be open and give almost everything a chance. It all just comes down to how the anime or manga keeps me interested and how much I like the characters wink

Since im into the whole Deathnote / Code Geass thing i guess i like those plot twist scenes that keep you on your feet, make you suprised and shocked everytime. I like that feeling of suspense ^^

Basically it depends on the animes plotline and character development. As long as it keeps me interested I'll watch it. My favorites though mainly go into the suspense/action/fantasy/drama genres though. I have been known to watch many other animes besides those though. I'm okay with yaoi but it's not something I'd go crazy over like some people I know in real life do.
