I have a question.
Can pills like, affect you in a bad way? Like ******** up your brain and s**t. Put holes in your heart? Any kind of physical damage like that?
Painkiller pills im talking about. Like Vykodin and Morphine.

Yes. Too much of any sort of drug can have disaserous effects on your body causing all sorts of long term physical damage. I think it's mostly kidneys and liver but depending on what you are talking about it could do more. Only doctors can actually tell you. They put maximums on the bottles for a reason.

I dont really care about the other organs in my body except for my brain. I would lilke to pop the pills and have my intelegence in tact.

Overdosing on any drug intentionally is just stupid. As Chalda said, there are limits on the bottle for a reason. If you want to know what is considered a safe or an unsafe dosage, talk to your doctor.

O.o So the only thing I can think is you want to kill yourself and have your brain frozen for cryogenic purposes later. Anything you ingest is taken all over your body by your blood so any of those chemicals will have an effect on your brain. Chemicals is not the way to go if you want your brain in good condition. There are so many other things I could say but I'm not going to bother...

Oh. Naw. I do not wish to OD or something. I'm not trying to kill myself. I just take 3 pills a day to make me feel all tingly and less sad. Naw. I'm not pulling for my suicide...

Well what ever the reason. Only your doctor can tell you what dosage is safe for you.

Be careful with that-- one can pretty easily get addicted to painkillers. In fact it kind of sounds like you are...
ODing on pills is bad. When i was in the hospital it seemed like at least 75% of the people in there had done that at some point. It really screwed them up for a while. They had to like have their stomachs pumped, and drink charcoal, and one person had a seizure (which i don't know how to spell).
So... if you can't stop right now, at least be careful. .____.

My friend overdosed and I was on the phone trying to keep her awake, but she had to go, and I had to tell my mom what happened. .-. but it was her birthday. I told her, my mom told her grandmother, and she went to the hospital and they pumped all the pills out. God, I think she had like... 7 advil and 4 or 5 other things. She almost went into shock. WHICH IS VERY PAINFUL.

People do indeed get addicted to pain killers. Pain is a natural occurance and is the body's way of telling you that something is wrong. People need pain.
One thing that you must examine before taking meds: Do you really have said disorder?
I was put on Zoloft for "social anxiety" and "depression". It turned out that I had neither of those disorders, my loss of energy was because of a chest problem (pectus excavatum if anyone has heard of it) and my depression was just a normal "parting sadness" since my boyfriend was sent away without warning.
Symptons of depression can show during a stressful or sad moment in your life, and being sad and tired during intense events is just natural.
Don't beleive everything a doctor tells you, because many (not all, though) only do it because A: they want the money and the recognition quick, or B: the government told them to do it.
Your best bet is to do some internet searches and find some websites that weren't made by a bunch of biased drug-abusers. That way, you can find some true information about whatever meds you are on.
Although, you could also see if there are alternative ways to solving your problems other than (legalized) drugs. razz

Your intelligence (see how it's spelt, since you're so worried about it's existence?) won't matter when you're dead.
When you ruin your kidneys, liver, stomach and throat from acid indigestion, overdose (three vics a day are well over the limit, bub, especially when you don't have any physical pain to divide the dosage throughout your body) and your very own stupidity, yes, you will die.
If you think popping pain pills makes you tingly and high, therefore making you feel 'slightly happy' and that's the approach you want (because you know, pill popping is so cool now-a-days) then kiss life goodbye. I've had the unfortunate experiences of losing two people to oxycontin overdose. It made them happy too.
Oh, and kidney disease won't kill you quickly. Not usually, anyway. Majority of the time you slowly die. First you'll have to pee constantly, then hardly at all (less than once a day), then never. Your skin will dry and shrivel, becoming akin to a shell. Your feet will become so sensitive that lying a simple blanket over them will cause you to cry out in agony, you will only be allowed to drink 6-8 ounces of fluids (less than a baby bottle) a day when you get bad enough, then even less. You'll be hooked up to a dialysis machine that will take out your blood, remove toxins that can kill you, then put it all back in. This process is usually around four hours, and you'll need it just about every other day until you die. Then, just when you're sick and tired of dragging along, maybe you'll qualify for a kidney transfer that some great person has donated to you.
Then, maybe you'll ruin that one too. If it takes.
Pill popping is stupid. If you're worried about your intellect, you've just proved to us (myself, at least) that you don't care about it much at all.
I'll apologize if this was too harsh, but that's reality for you.
