Very nice~!
I love the cleanness of this piece, especially how the whole color scheme is neutral except for the shadow which is the only splash of color.
However, that shadow, because it is the only color, and a warm color, jumps to the forefront of the piece instead of receding like shadows should. This is easy to fix, just makes the purple a bit bluer, and it should recede since the skin tone is a warm gray.
Also, even though the shadows do define the form very nicely, they don't show where the light is coming from, which makes her look a little bit flatter than she should. I would suggest going in with a lighter shadow in the areas where the light would be blocked by her own body, once you figure out where the light is coming from. Or, if you do know where it is coming from, the lighter shadow will just help to make that light source more obvious.
She does look anatomically correct for her chibified form, and I do really love this piece, hun.

Hmm, lovely shadings there, it's not often I see people who shade in the knee :}
When I look at the legs, there seem to be a little bit more shadows on the left side - but the highlights in the hair are also on the left side!? Where does the light really come from?
The hair (no matter how wonderful it is) also looks to be in different states of finished-ness. Upper left part looks finished, while upper right part only looks started and the lover right part (with that gorgeous soft shading) looks like it's somewhere in between.
Did I say that her eyes are pretty? Well, her eyes are pretty ^^
