Is scheduled to come out late 2009 or early 2010! (I say mid 2010)
They are in the voice recording stage, it got setback because of Re: Chain of Memories, but at least they are really working on it!

it's not Ventus, but just Ven.
en Terra.... IS THE BEST!!!! I've been waiting on that game for two whole years. I got a psp, purposly for that game, and for ff:dissidia >.<
it will be for christmas of 2009, that's what I heard, but at least for japan, no idea when it comes in america. luckily the psp is region free, because I live in Europe, and it is known already that the game won't come in europe
