Personality ___ :; Overall a rather observant individual. He's not a thinker but he doesn't rush into situations. If he has something to say he'll add it to a conversation, but if he doesn't he's also fine to just listen. He's indifferent to the little things in life, i.e he doesn't care to list his lieks or dislikes since he finds it irrelevent, but if provoked he will supply a satisfactory answer.
Despite his 'hope' inclined nature, Levi has mostly forgone that emotion since he already knows, believes? That the future he knows and originates from is inevitable. He can leap between moods of a calm happiness when finding great joy living in the world of the past/present but can at times can also seem hardened when he thinks of the present in less jovial times.
Severly independent and heavily against being a burden to anyone, the Wish can find it difficult to relate his thoughts or feelings to others/ For this reason he has a tendency to simply mimic what he believes a person wants to hear instead of what he wishes to say. Thus they may believe themselves to have helped him or to have been understood by him. Neither is usually true.
Lastly he prefers fact over fiction and when reading books, is often disgusted with improvised author made fantasies, as too often they stray too close to the future he knows, or are too far off for him to do anything but find fault.

Personal History ___ :; The wish that is to create Levi is an unusual one in that it is not of this time stream. Rather, towards the final days of the human race a child will look to the heavens and wishes for his species to be saved and the world to grow anew. However by the time this wish is made the race of Wishes will themselves also be long gone and thus, the wish of the coming millenia was strong enough to create a being in a time he was not relevent to. Thus it has become an impossibllity for Levi to ever fulfill his wish.
As he is from a different time period he has full knowledge of the one where he came from, including how the final few humans shall fall, when his own wish was made, who the person who wished for him is and where they shall be at his creation. In essence Levi can, in theory, grant the wish he was needed to, but his lack of existance within the time period he is needed will hinder him for his lifetime.
