Shalom, I love to open a thread on Christian movies (movies that are wholesome with a good message) that you have seen and would recommend to others. I saw one that I rent over & over...(I should buy it lol)
The Spitfire Grill...To a town with no future, comes a girl with a past.

On of the best christian movies i've ever watched, maybe the acting could be better, but he's ok for the movie. The movie is Fireproof. It's about a couple who are going through a divorce, and he finds God, and changes and saves his relationship with his wife. It's truely amazing. I'm not married, but I got a lot out of it. I also know twocouples who are working on thier relationship and that movie and the actual process that they do in the movie the one couple worked out there problems, and the other one, though they have a lot of changing to do it's not so much hatred anymore, they're able to sit and have a conversation. It's really great.
Another I would recommend is Saved. Now there will be people who will say that Saved is a horrible movie for christians, but honestly after watching it and stepping back, there is a little bit of swearing, and adult content. Is it meant for children absolutly not. However it does have a good message for youth and young adults. We are christians, but we are still sinners. Anyone who says they haven't sinned once since becoming a christian is a sinner for lying. Not to knock them, but we all fall short of the glory of god. This movie, in the right context shows that even though we are christians, we still make mistakes, we still choose wrong, we still sin. I sin daily, I try not to, but I do none the less. I like it a lot too because it shows the non-christian world that we aren't perfect people because we have faith. In fact we may be worse off then non-christians, because we know what we're doing is wrong... they don't know, although they do know somethings, but on the most part we know more deeply that we're messing up.
