Physical Description:
Black hair and black eyes, with skin so yellowed and dirty it could almost be mistaken for diseased. Tourin is never cleanly shaved, rarely groomed at all. His hair and face are greasy, and his eyes are baggy and full of veins, giving the man a constant just-woke-up look to him. That's not to say he's ugly, though. Despite his terrible hygeine, Tourin is far from bad looking, and he knows it. His muscles are clearly defined from Turns of heavy labor, and he's got a very pleasing face, despite its accumulation of grime. He walks with a strut and is rarely seen without a demeaning sneer.
Personality:
Tourin is top s**t in his mind, and he always acts the part. He doesn't consider a person's rank in their ranking- he will always be the best, with those he likes just a bit below that. He's very closed, though, and those he likes are rarely close to him at all.
Tourin is exactly kind of person mothers warn their children to stay away from. He looms from dark corners, disrespects his superiors, and steals candy from babies. He has an extreme superiority complex, looking down on everyone around him. He's incredibly lazy and does his work grudgingly, taking more than a bit of motivation to even get out of bed in the morning. But he does do it; deep down, he likes having a bed at night.
This drudge is very much a ladies' man. Figuratively, of course- he'll hit on everything that moves. He considers himself a real charmer, and would actually be quite suave if he wasn't so damned creepy about it.
He's not above ratting people out, even those he considers his friends. He is the number one priority, and if others have to suffer for that, so be it. He's also quite fond of power, but rarely strives for it, due to a strong aversion for any type of hard work or responsibility.
Possibly Tourin's only redeeming quality is his deep respect for Dragons. He couldn't possibly like their Riders less - how dare they act so high above him? - but the creatures seem to inspire awe in everyone who lives in proximity with them, this gritty drudge included. He never attempted, like so many weyrbrats did, to be noticed by Searchriders when he was of age to Stand. Indeed, the very idea of becoming one of those pretentious workaholics disgusts him... but Dragons are very nice.
History:
Tourin's history is uninteresting, a life of drudgery from very early childhood. The child of two weyrfolk he never cared to seek out, he was raised as a foster child in a very large family. Tourin never had any initiative to take up a craft, sliding through life with the least effort possible. His parents grew tired of him, and he grew rebellious of them. As a teen, he officially took up occupation as drudge at Ista, and has lived very much the same way since then. He is a slob and no stranger to squalor; drudge life suits him well and the man is very happy with his state of life.

Other/Talents:
Tourin has a tongue of silver. He can talk his way in and out of anything, thinking up lies in a flash that rival the truth in thoroughness. Don't take his remarks with a grain of salt- he very much takes advantage of being such a smooth talker.

Just a minor note here; if he's that untrustworthy, I'm not sure the Weyr would keep him. xD Like. If he's the sort that talks a good game, is a bit flaky, etc, that's fine! I'm just double-checking here real fast. xD <3
