A light flashed on in the squad five office, a man tall with dark hair walked in and placed a large stack of blank sheets of paper on his desk, which was already covered with many other such documents. "I can't believe the amount of paper work I've had these past few days, it's unbearable, truly, a harsh task for myself alone" Yokozuki Nekkyo, a extremely lazy, self centered and spoiled person, placed the stack of papers he was holding gently on his desk off to the right near the edge next to a few documents he was supposed to have filed a week ago. After relieving himself of the papers he was holding, Yokozuki straightened his posture and sighed slightly as he turned around and looked around his office. The light in the room gently glowed on his pitch black hair, letting off a slight shine. "Times are so slow" He said only to himself and to his office walls. He tapped his fingers on his desk as a smile appeared long on his face, he shut his eyes thinking about something "I wonder if I could" He let his body sink slightly onto his desk sitting down, his fingers that were tapping went more rapidly. "Alright!" He suddenly shouted springing up from his desk and slightly running in a hurry over to a large cabinet.

Yokozuki was shuffling around in the cabinet for quite some time before "Eureka!" He went to take himself out of the cabinet when he hit his head on a ledge above, he dropped what was in his hands and grasped his head in obvious pain "b*****d!" He yelled scornfully at the ledge staring at it with evil eyes thinking whether or not he should allow it to remain in his office, though he didn't have a choice as it held many documents and getting rid of it would be a hassle indeed. After a long angry thoughtful moment about the ledges demise he shook off his wound and picked up what he had lost. The thing he now held was truly remarkable for Soul Society, an artifact indeed for Soul Society "A wonder" He said smiling slyly. The thing he held was a CD player, something he had found while on a mission to the Human world. Though he did know what it was previous to finding it, it's quite a different feeling for one in soul society from knowing something about the human world to actually owning it.

"This should be interesting" Yokozuki did have electricity in his office, something he had the Bureau of science and technologies install. He plugged in the cord into the outlet and propped it onto his desk. A CD was contained already therein, though it was a type of music he was widely unfamiliar with. "Ah here and there and..." The music began playing, a slight smile appeared on his face as well as a slightly evil look. He turned the volume up as loud as it could go. Yokozuki then took rest in a small chair that was beside his desk, it was a read leather lounge chair with metal arm rests and legs. He laid back and shut his eyes, though he could not keep his foot from tapping every now and then from the beat. Yokozuki enjoyed breaking away from the tedious tasks that he had no choice but to do, this was an exceptional way to do just that. He placed his arms on the comfortable arms rests, he eventually began to doze off as the music play on, though he wouldn't care, he had no pressing business to attend to at the moment, though he was waiting for his new Lieutenant to arrive, if she did she could simply enter and awake him. Like always Yokozuki showed now care for other peoples feelings. The Lieutenant might feel nervous simply coming to his office, that was bad enough, but to be new on the job and have to enter a captains office and wake him up not knowing what he's like was horrible, though this conveniently slipped his mind, as it has done time and time again in the past.

Yokozuki's eyes shot open, almost unnaturally. His hand fond the cord to the CD player and he pulled it from the wall instantly stopping the strange music. He sat up and rubbed the back of his head slightly, he was a bit weary from the sleep and was still sort of half sleeping still. He sat up straight in the blood red leather chair and looked to the girl, he know in an instant who she was though with his eyes narrowed as they were it would seem he was eying her with a suspicious curiosity. "Hm, you must Nu am I correct?" He stood up lazily making sure he kept straight though he knew that he had stood up to fast and having sat for so long the blood rushed to his head and he felt considerably dizzy. After fending off a rolling of the eyes in a dizzy fret he made his way over quickly to a counter which held a tea pot and some cups. "Please, sit" He gestured to a black leather chair that sat in front of his desk.

The tea pot had already brewed its self several moments ago, a device he himself had created. "Tea?" He asked pouring two cups anyways without waiting for an answer. He brought the cups of hot steaming tea over to his desk on a silver tray, along with some sugar and milk. He placed the tray gently on his desk as to not spill anything anywhere. He pushed back his Haori and sat down at his desk. "I am Nekkyo Yokozuki, as you know, squad five captain. It's a pleasure to meet you" Even though it was an introduction and it should have felt welcoming it would feel cold and bitter to another. Nu's cup sat there, Yokozuki didn't care if she took it or not. "I am pleased that you made your way over here, I wanted to meet you in person..these Lieutenant things can be so distant sometimes" Yokozuki never got to actually meet Nu when he was choosing his Lieutenant, he simply picked her based off a set of charts indicating her different skills and traits.

Yokozuki eyed the girl again, but then let out a small smile as he turned away from here seemingly getting something out of his desk drawer. "Myself hm? I have to say that I've never been asked about myself until now, well that's most likely because I'm regarded as a bas-" He stopped short of what he was about to say, deciding it better to keep things professional "Right, well I'm just not asked that very often. Though my past is none of your concern, it's better that you didn't know really" He fumbled around his drawer a bit more before finding what he was looking for, with it in hand he closed his desk drawer and propped it onto his desk. It was a small bottle, appearing maybe to be sake? "I always like tea with a bit of a kick" He said opening the bottle and pouring it into his own glass. What it is was unknown but it was clearly some sort of alcohol. "Care for some?" He lifted and eye brow looking at her and he gestured to hand her the bottle. "I have only one requirement of you Nu...never try and trick me, be yourself or get lost, I've no use for the likes of those who pretend" He gave her a smile and waited to see if she would accept the substance. Being the captain of squad five Yokozuki had many different objects from the world of the living, many of course he didn't use but some were here for his own personal pleasure. Every trip to the human world, Yokozuki was collect things, or rather steal as some would say, and bring them back here for himself, though rarely telling anyone for he is not one for much company.

Yokozuki without looking at Nu pointed to a little silver milk container that sat on the tray "Help yourself" Yokozuki placed his attention back to his own cup and stirred his tea that now took a brownish hue because of the liquid he poured into his cup. Yokozuki smiled for a moment when Nu asked about him again "So eager to know aren't you?" He gave her an eye "Though I guess it only natural for someone to be so curious is it not?" He stopped stirring his tea and lifted the spoon out giving it a slight tap on his cup before placing it neatly on the silver tray. "To be honest Nu there really isn't anything about me you'd find interesting, truly" He shot her a glance then resumed to drinking his tea "But what about yourself? Surely you are interesting?" He chuckled a bit at his question. Yokozuki at this point knew only a little bit about Nu but was interested in hearing more "Forgive me Nu" Yokozuki said after taking a sip of his tea and placing it down on the desk, his eyes not gazing at her but rather looking down and as he place his left hand to his mouth in a polite manner before swallowing. "You must truly forgive me, I am not one to so lightly open up to those whom I have only had a formal greeting with, it's not in my personality, I'll understand if you feel the same way" Yokozuki took his cup again and placed it to his lips before finishing the rest of the tea that sat lonely in the bottom of his cup.

Yokozuki gave off a soft smile to Nu. "I see, I've never quite met someone like you before, It's quite a pleasure indeed" Yokozuki sat quiet as Nu talked about herself, after she was finished Yokozuki leaned back in his office chair and only gazed at her for a moment "I see, you truly are interesting, as I suspected" He just smiled as she apologized, saying nothing more on that matter. "Well Nu, I guess it's time we got things settled with your new rank as Lieutenant" Yokozuki pulled himself to his desk and opened the bottom left drawer on his desk. He shuffled around until he found some papers, though he didn't bring them out only looked to see if things were in order. "Well alright then, it seems I have signed the necessary papers and filed the right documents. Now, all that is needed is for you to go to the old Lieutenants office and fix it up a bit, I would suspect that its been neglected as of late and most likely has found a new inhabitant, dust" He gave a smile "Oh, how was the tea? I thought it might have been a bit strong" He said as he moved his empty cup and other things back onto the tray clearing the way of his desk as important papers sat and he wasn't interested in getting sticky things all over his hard work. "Now, Lieutenant duties would be the normal things but also include checking in on the office building once and awhile, just to make sure the lower ranks are doing their duties. Though, I am down there most of the time so there isn't a need for you to worry. Feel free to ask me anything you need at any time, I'm always around here and there. But now you must excuse me, I've somewhere to go I'm afraid and it cannot wait" Yokozuki had forgotten about a previous meeting he had to attend to and as it was he was going to be running late "I'll drop by your office a bit later on to see how things a faring for you, I'll also get some flowers or something sent up to your office if you feel it needs a famine touch, or if you prefer cold and business then you can model it after mine" With a slight smile Yokozuki rose from his chair and extended his arm "I'm sure our partnership here in squad five will be memorable" He aimed to shake her hand, his eyes were only 1/3 open, they appeared as small slits, one could only make out his soft blue eyes if they squinted and gazed at him long enough.
