Now people are using this other site for layouts...I think it's called Gaiacentral or something, but it lets you generate your own layout, by choosing the colors you want text/backgrounds to be, and I think you can also set images as backgrounds.
EDIT: I found it, it's been moved to www.freegaiaonline.com
