Welcome!

I planned that this summer I would give you all more contests! So, here's my second July contest.

This time, instead of a paragraph or crossword puzzle, it will be something else.

This contest's theme is: a summer TekTek.

Rules:

HAS to be summer themed.
You can choose whoever you want to tektek, whether a Forgotten Realms character, yourself, random person, or an OC.
Only 1 tektek per person, no couples
You guys better thank your tushes to Starkind for the undisclosed amount of donation she donated for the guild, being held by Midnight_Ruins. She tripled the Guild's contests/etc funds.

Be creative, have fun, and try your best, even if you don't like tektek! If you have the items in your inventory and want to use your avi instead, PM MIDNIGHT_RUINS and tell her it's your avi. Then I will host it on my imageshack account and send you the link, so you can post it here. ^_^

That gives you all a FULL WEEK to post your submission.

I usually try to create my own version of an avi for each contest because I like to say, "Hey! If I can do it, so can you!" I decided to create my version of "summer."

Pool supplies - arm floaty, inner tube, and fins
Water! - Summer = Water Play Time!
Sunglasses - otherwise you'll be blinded by the hot sun~
Swimsuit - though this one is modified to look cute ^_^;;
Rubber duckies - you need a swim partner and a pirate!
Bug Net - You never know what you need to catch wink
Tennis ball - Only put there because I always end up getting hit in the head randomly
I used Starbabies pastel hairpiece, and that's what the outfit was based off of. heart

I plan on doing something for this, since I like tekteks. I meant to do something for the last contest too, but I forgot and by the time I remembered it was over. sweatdrop

I'll have to play around in tektek to actually find something to do though.

As a centaur, Jha'nith knows that the most important festival of the year is the Summer celebration. Having spent months picking out the perfect leaves and branches to adorn herself with to win this year's "Most Beautiful Centaur" title (she had lost it the previous year due to a badly placed ivy leaf) she thought to herself "There is no way that knock-knee'd filly is going to win it a second time!". As she posed for the judges an irresistable tickle developed on her left front hoof. Unable to look down due to the branch and leaf contraption on her head she cleverly scratched it with her other foot disguising it as another pose. Unbeknownst to her, a rare luna moth had perched delicately on her hoof, which would have been a sure win - if she hadn't then accidentally killed it.

True, but lately I've had horrible bouts of forgetting things that I'm supposed to be doing in favour of things that I would rather do - include be lazy. So chances are I'll forget again.

When I think Summer I think sun, bright, unbearably hot, relentless sun.
