The High Elf capitol of Ulthuan, West of The Empire has been a peaceful place for hundreds of years, they even got along with their Woodland dwelling brethren in the Bertonian forest or Atel Loren. However, on the western continent, the exiled Dark Elves have grown so large in numbers that the realized they could stand against the High Elves of Ulthuan. The Wood Elves of Atel Loren have yet to take a side in this conflict, and have vowed not to interfere, though there are many who disagree with Orion’s (King of the Wood Elves) decision.
