did you know that syns dad papa gates also has another name and it is guitar guy and he is called guitar guuy bc he is a comedian who plays the guitar. he also talks about a7x in his act. he is currently on tour with jeff dunham. he is extremly funny so check it out here is the link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T8ficmpGst0

Brian's father was the guitar guy in the 'jingle bombs' video with Jeff Dunham. I didn't know it was him at first..then I read it somewhere...
I didn't know he was a comedian himself, though.
He looks nothing like Bri at all, I noticed...

I've known that for a while.
i found out about two year ago
Papa Brian Haner.
I didn't believe it at first, but he looked so much like Syn
i just figured.
and i was right

JackiexVengeance I've known that for a while. i found out about two year ago Papa Brian Haner. I didn't believe it at first, but he looked so much like Syn i just figured. and i was right i just found out today.

I saw Jingle Bombs a long time ago, but I never even gave it a thought that he was Syn's dad. It wasn't until about a month ago I was browing youtube and that video showed up, and I found out he was Syn's dad. I can see the family resemblence. And he is really funny.

In that video, did you see that he has a Avenged Sevenfold wrist band on his guitar neck? It was so kewl to know that he was Synyster Gate's dad. I didn't know that until my mom told me over the phone on Christmas.

Yeah. I saw him when he came to Kentucky. He started talking about Avenged Sevenfold and how his son is Synyster Gates and I was like WTF???? The two look nothing a like. But I wonder, was Brian there during the show????? I couldn't tell. Anyway, he was at the NKU Bank of Kentucky Center.
