Petition Sub-forum Guidelines
Welcome to Bleach 12's Petition sub-forum!
Users of the guild can come here to set up a petition and bring other members of the guild who share a same general interest in the idea to make it happen in the guild.
For example.
Say there isn't a [OOC] Sub-forum, a member who wishes to have one would come here and create his/her petition to make one. Other members who like the idea will agree with it and after a certain number of have agreed to the petition an [OOC] Sub-forum would be created.
[Making a proper Petition]
Making your petition stand out is the best thing possible, but often we will want to quickly write something down and get it over with, this is something you shouldn't do. People who spend all of three seconds creating their petition will not get the publicity that they seek.
To create a petition that will get noticed you have to put care into it.
Follow some of these steps.
° 1 When making your petition your title says everything. You must make it clear what your Petition is about. Say for example if your making a petition about making more blue T-Shirt items on Gaia, your title should be informative but simple [Blue T-Shirt Petition] Is one way you could do it, but remember, the longer it is doesn't necessarily mean you'll get more attention, if it's long and doesn't get to the point when someone reads it they will overlook it. Using some fancy characters in your title can sometimes attract people to your petition, but again, make it simple and to the point straight away.
° 2 Be informative and in depth about your idea. Explain as much as possible, and include as much detail as possible, spend time and explain what your idea is about as well as you can, never put down a few chicken scratch posts. Say you were wanting a [Cafe Role play thread] In the guild, this is what not to do.

Hey, it would be cool to have some kind of cafe sub-forum hey?
Instead go into detail.

I've come to you today here in the Petition forum to bring the idea of having a Cafe role play sub-forum. Now, this role play thread would be a place for all in the Gotei thirteen to come and hang out keeping in character of course. The Cafe could be named [Cafe Armand] In the cafe we could create a Menu, having different sections:
Suppers
Lunches
Breakfast
Desserts
Drinks
Things of this sort. I have a perfect website with this menu laid out so when someone comes into the forum a Menu will be there and they can order. Now also, one person would be asked to Role play as the waiter/waitress when in the sub-forum, they can also play with their other shinigami character but I was thinking of asking someone from Las Noches seeing as their characters can't really come to the Shinigami cafe, it wouldn't be a role playing character so they wouldn't have to make a profile up for him/her, just sort of describe them in the main post where the menu was.
This is my idea, it's quite simple and straight forward and I'd love to see others thoughts on this and to get it in the guild as I think it would be a really great thing to have, keep bored members from becoming even more bored.

This would be an acceptable approach to a petition.
It is also recommended that you add a poll to your thread.

As you have right to freedom of speech we ask you to only create suitable/realistic petitions, this sub-forum is not for game and nonsense will not be tolerated. Unrealistic things such as petitions to be able to bring back dead Characters (Such as Aizen/Older Espada) Are not something that can or will happen as it is against the storyline. However that does not mean that you can't introduce some new type of race of creatures. You can make your petition what you want it to be but please use common sense.
It is often best to send a PM to a crew before placing your petition to see if it would be acceptable.
