this endless Library is the place where all records go in Hell. It is ruled over by Ra'ask, the Librarian. The Library houses all records of demonic lineage, infernal plots, succession of leadership, damned souls, and everything else in Hell that is written down. Within the walls of the Library is a spatial effect that causes the building to get larger the closer you get to the center, with the effect strengthening exponentially. The Librarian is the only being who knows where all the records are in the Library, and the only being other than the previous Librarian who knows the exact layout of the building. Demons who hope to steal a book are doomed to forever wander the bookshelves.

Fire, water, and anything else that could be used to harm paper have no power here, and instantly disappear if they are brought inside. The one exception is a small fountain of steam in the front atrium, directly behind the Desk.

Kellion stepped out of the portal shortly before Dante had. He glanced around trying to see if Ra'ask was near. He didn't see him so he walked up to the desk that stood infront of the infinite rows and columns that held all the knowledge of Hell. Kellion stood infront of the desk and stared for a moment at the vastness of the Library. He hoped that they wouldn't have to wait long for Ra'ask too long because being in a library for hours waiting for a librarian wasn't how he wanted to spend his time.

Dante casually walked through the portal, looking at the various books laid out on the shelves. He tended to frequent the library a lot. In Dante's mind, knowledge was power. He just never really showed his intelligence most of the time. "Hm I wonder where Ra'ask is?"

Kellion looked over at Dante "He could be in the center of the Library or somewhere among the near infinite shelves. Sometimes he stays for days within the depths of this place. I am hoping that he will be here quickly." Kellion didn't care for this place. The main reason he disliked the library is because all of his secrets and his intire life was contained within a book in the libraries heart. He knew that all the strongest beings had a book in the heart of the library that depicted their life and had everything about them in it.

A soft tap sounded on the ceiling. "Ah, Milords Kellion and Dante. May I be of assistance?" Ra'ask was standing on the ceiling, browsing through some of the more esoteric volumes. One of the unfortunate things about the Library was the way the spatial distortion refused to stay in the distance spectrum. Infinite distance within a finite space was hard to keep controlled, so it wasn't unusual to find the Librarian walking across a wall, across the ceiling, or even occasionally sideways through the air. "Excuse me one moment. I'll be right with you." Ra'ask walked over to the wall and stepped onto it, where gravity proceeded to get it's bearings back and let Ra'ask fall to the ground. He slowed and stopped a fraction of an inch above the floor, then stepped onto the ground as if he were getting off a platform. "Apologies for the spatial uncertainty. The reality bending is a bit erratic lately. Now, were you looking for something specific, or just browsing?"

Kellion watched as Ra'ask descended from the ceiling and now stood before him and Dante. "Ra'ask. Dante and myself were sent here to get you and bring you to Malus. I am unsure of why he needs you but it must be important."

Ra'ask shook his head. "I am afraid I must refuse. I have business to attend to, as some of the Thanobiographies seem to be getting restless. Perhaps another time, though." He turned back to the shelves, the two books strapped o his back only now becoming visible. "Oh, and by the way you both have very interesting Thanobiographies. Very adventurous. Good-bye." He disappeared between the shelves, and though he could not be more than ten feet away by conventional physics he was already far out of the reach of the two devils.

The air wavered about twenty feet off the ground and an Archangel stepped out of the distortion. He started walking towards the shelves, but about halfway there he noticed the Devils. "Oh, hi, guys. Browsing, or looking for something specific?" The Archangel appeared to be completely at ease in the Library, despite the fact that he was standing in front of two Devils in the middle of Hell.

With Ra'ask taking off, Dante could see Kellion was not pleased with having to stay in the library longer. "Nope no books today. But if you could get Ra'ask out here, that would be helpful," Dante said, his usual plastered smile on his face.

The Archangel shook his head. "Sorry, can't do that. When the Librarian goes into the really deep Stacks even I can't follow him, and I've been working here since the first Librarian almost twelve thousand years ago."

Kellion nearly lost his temper when Ra'ask walked away ignoring the order to go to Malus and simply saying he was busy. He managed to compose himself and looked at the Archangel "Perhaps Malus won't mind if we bring you with us instead. After all you say you have been here since the last Librarian." Dispite his hatred of angels Kellion had seen this one several times in the library before. He was the assistant librarian and mabey that would be good enough for Malus.

Aziraphale considered this for a moment. "I have nothing better to do right now, so I don't see why not. Where might we be going to, Lord Kellion?"

Kellion smiled "We are going to Malus he has requested the librarian for a reason unknown to me." He looked over at Dante "Let us leave this damned library." He opened a portal to Malus' location and motioned for the Archangel to go through first "After you." he said plainly.

Aizraphale stepped through the portal, his wings silently unfolding as he did so. He may have been a black-faced traitor to Heaven, but he wasn't taking any chances. Paranoia in Hell was just normal. Here, they really were all out to get you.

Well it wasn't exactly as they had planned, but at least it was something. Hopefully Malus would be fine with an assistant librarian. Dante stepped through the portal as well. Although he didn't really mind being in the library, he knew Kellion was not fond of this place.

Kellion followed suit through the portal after Dante and the Archangel went through, but before exiting he gave a last loathing look at the ever expanding library. He then left to Malus' lab to see if the assistant librarian would do for the task Malus wanted.
