I finally hooked up my 360 to a modem and tried to "join" x-box live, and nothing. It downloaded a new dashboard interface and let me make an avi, but when I tried to log on to live I kept getting this "80169c5f" error code. I checked the support page at x-box.com and it didn't help at all. Any suggestions?

Never mind I finally got on. For some reason it thought I was trying to retrieve an old x-box account.
