The purpose of this thread is to create a place for members to RP in threads that are set either directly with the Sereitei, no specific place, or the Rukongai districts or Central Room 46.

ALL Centrall Room 46 threads shall be made for special reasons and therefore I ask all members refrain from posting in unless otherwise told to.
