*IMPORTANT*
Please make sure to change the color of spoilers to *white* so that we don't ruin things for those who haven't seen the movie. Failure to adhere will result in a post delete 3nodding

What did you think?

I was personally wishing my boyfriend were around so that I would have something to hold onto. xd

*Spoiler*
I definitely thought it was intense. The maze scene was just...I could feel Fleur's panic. I WOULDN'T have been able to make it. And the dragon one, too? I would have to say that this is my favorite movie just because it WAS rather dark and it's a big turning point in the story. Also, the humor was just much more present than before. I think Radcliffe has definitely grown better in his acting abilities...

...and Ron and the Twins=Yum.

I haven't seen it yet, but I'm kinda dreading it. The third movie?
I think it was bad. So I think the fourth one will most likely be worse since there's even more information that they have to compress. If I hadn't read all the books, I probably wouldn't have gotten it in the third movie. My daddy watched it as well, and he didn't get it.

I'm sure that those mentioned scenes are interesting and cool and such, but if you haven't read the book you won't really get everything else from the movie.

I saw some sneak-peeks. WHAT DID THEY DO WITH MOODY?! HIS EYE ISN'T SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THAT, HAMG!!!

Yeah, the movies are always a big disappointment for me sad I adore the books, but I think its mainly because of Rowlings style of writing, which can't really shine through in movie form. Still, I get all excited and go watch every movie as soon as it comes out. Then b***h about all the inconsistencies. I'm hoping that going into this movie with low expectations will help me enjoy it a bit more.

I haven't seen Moody yet O_o It's always bugged me that Harry's eyes are blue instead of green though. How hard is it to stick contact lenses on the kid?

Quite true about the eyes. That was very strange on Ms. Rowling's part for having hand-picked a kid who didn't have the proper eyes.

@Hongske: I have a friend who hasn't read the books and she's fine with the storyline and she gets confused somewhat easily sweatdrop .

I generally have come to develop the habit of dividing movies from their books as much as possible simply because they're very different mediums and if I wanted an exact replica of the book, I would go read the book again. However, if the deviation from the book makes the movie immensely lacking, I will question decisions. I think that's the big thing with directors...the decisions aspect...

Well... All I had to say was

WTF!? I always pictured Moody as being kinda skinny, the scene with Black in the Fireplace was a complete disapointment. Best movie so far, but I was a little disapointed with those two things.
Then again, the fight with Voldy and against the Dragon were worth it. Not to mention how funny Malfoy turning into a ferrit was.
surprised

Hm, I think the books are FAR better, but that will always be the case. The movies are never as good.I love the CG and such that they use in the movies, though. I loved Buckbeak in the last movie... And the dragons in the newest. I wasn't fond of Moody's eye, though, or the Ku Klux Klan hoods that the Death Eaters had. Thought those were pretty retarded. I can't remember if anything like that was mentioned in the books, but either way I don't like 'em. And was anyone else annoyed with the campus change from the first movie?

Yay! I finally saw the movie! I thought it was pretty good, to be honest, and fairly similar to how I remembered it from the book (although I only really remebered major events sweatdrop )
