The sound of the wind blowing came out before the beginning of Our Truth began to play. With the sound of the female lead singer yelling out came GBL's appearance on the stage. His hat and mask was on as he wore his usual blue get-up. With a nod of his head, he began his run to the ring. Sliding in, he removed his hat and took a bow while standing in the middle. He tossed the hat to the side and took off his mask. A bandage was on his forehead from where he was busted open. His bangs did a good job of hiding it, though. GBL asked for the mic as the music died out. The crowd; however, didn't die out. Their cheers echoed out for GBL. The male glanced to his right elbow before looking back to the crowd. When they died out, he began speaking.
"Laaaaaaaaaaadies and gentelman, boys and girls of all ages I GIVE you entertainment that can only be brought to you by the guy that has yet to utter the words 'I Quit' in a match and still able to walk and stand after the second most brutal I Quit match I have ever had, because nothing can ever top a suicide jump to try and kill his own brother, The One.. The only.. The Lotus Eclipse! Jay.. Blue.. Lightning," GBL spoke out before lowering his hand and looking to the crowd. Another round of cheers came out for a moment. Waving his hand, the male began to speak again.
"With Wrestemania over and the Draft coming up. I've had people asking me what my plans are. Many points were brought up. I hold the record for the longest reign of the WWF Championship. I created a group that set out to take over this federation, and I managed to hold control long enough to invent a match only a mad man would dare set foot in. I've competed in this said match and won. I won the first Royal Rumble, here. Oh yeah.. Did I mention I am an official Legend?" he asked which got the crowd going. With a laugh, he continued on. "I have done a lot in this federation. There isn't much more I could do. Well, there is one thing. My match tonight is for a number one contendership for a title I have yet to hold. If I win, I move on to face the current champion. If I lose... Who the hell knows? I will promise you this. I am not slowing down, and I am not going to stop. The Eclipse has risen, and it is here to stay. Game set.. This is the future," GBL spoke before tossing the mic and waiting.

THE WORLD IS AFTER ME!!!Cheers erupted from the audience as After Me played throughout the arena. Cyrus appeared on stage, he was in his red wrestling gear, covered in tribal paintings.There feeding their jones, I’m reluctant to fight.

THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD IS AFTER ME!!! He stepped to the center of the ring, keeping his eyes on GBL the whole time. After a few moments he pushed his hair out of his eyes and waited for the bell to ring. After what happened at Wrestlemania he had nothing to say. He had one intention tonight, kick GBL in the neck and call it a night.

After watching his opponent enter the ring, GBL kept back and waited. When everything quieted down, the male shook out his right arm as he kept his eyes on Cyrus. With the bell ringing, GBL took a step-up and offered a lock-up

Cyrus stepped up for the lock-up and quickly tried to maneuver to the side of GBL and go for a STO-like take down.

Without any notice, GBL was brought down with the take-down. He now had no other option but to wait to see the next move.

From there he would try to force GBL into a grounded headlock.

Now stuck within the headlock, GBL had to find his way out of it. One idea came to mind as he tried to fold himself up and grab Cyrus' head with his legs. An attempt to get him off while applying a head scissors.

Cyrus release the headlock as the head scissors were applied. He quickly went for a few fists into GBL's knee from there.

GBL ended up releasing his hold after the shots hit. He then pushed himself away and got up to a foot and knee, watching his opponent.

Giving a nod, GBL got back up to his feet and clapped his hands together. Finally, GBL motioned for Cyrus to make a move.

Cyrus ran forward and pounced, attempting a forearm to GBL.

GBL ducked under and made a run toward the ropes. On the rebound, he would make his way back to leap and attempt a spinning back elbow.

(Sorry for the lateness, I've been on a move this past week and I'm currently getting things unpacked.)
Cyrus was hit with the spinning back elbow and hit the canvas.
